We were there on a Friday night and it was very busy in and around the accommodation. But Terese was a great host looking after everyone’s needs.

The location was wonderful, so close to everything that we wanted to see and experience.

Near a bar and due to no AC (which is definitely normal and not usually an issue) the window needed to be open but unfortunately this meant having to hear loud groups till almost midnight.

We were present for a family funeral & were not recently familiar with Derry , the central location was ideal for our needs , the help we were given was generous & understanding , comfortable & exceptionally clean rooms & bathrooms !

Room was a little small but we managed as we were out and about most of the time.

Personal check-in, with great local information given. Communal kitchen and dining area for self catering options and good breakfast provisions. Very clean, and comfortable bed.

It was a city night jazz weekend which was great but a bit noisy during our stay.

King room and en-suite was spacious. Large bathroom. Great Location. The complimentary tea, coffee, cereal & toast was great. Room clean, bedding clean, towels soft. Free parking great. Teresa was brilliant at the meet & greet.

Our friends had a camper van which didnt fit through the narrow opening to the parking area but staff couldnt have been more helpful re the parking and gave us a resident spot at the front instead and put their car in the courtyard. How nice !!!

This was a great find. Location was perfect and room was lovely. We were with a couple of friends so we were able to sit round the table in the kitchen in the evening to play cards. They left out tea and coffee facilities and breakfast stuff in the kitchen. Had a lovely time. We could park our car securely in the inner courtyard for free too

Be aware that Derry is a very hilly city so may not suit all ages or levels of fitness.

The bed was comfortable, and the place was very clean. Its location is excellent, very close to Guildhall and the murals. Car parking space super handy.

Our stay at the hotel was very good! Teresa was absolutely wonderful, so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to town, close to pubs, and right near the main historical point. A nice place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable trip!

Perfect place, just minutes from everywhere you’d want to be, some cereal and Joghurts to eat with no extra charge and Theresa was absolutely lovely explaining us everything we need to know and telling us what we can do.

We liked the location the most, a quiet street, but a short walk from restaurants, cafes, the riverside and other points of interest. We also like the off street secure parking provided. The room was well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable too. The kitchen (common space) had everything necessary and was very clean.
