Nicer selection of tea and coffee please! More than one bin so I can recycle stuff. Maybe the waste is separated afterwards, but I think most guests are capable of using two bins.

Jon was really good at communicating to meet up and explain everything and share the door codes Apartment had everything I needed and WiFi was fine for me to do an online presentation for work. Location is good - lots of places for food and coffee (as you'd expect!) and easy travel from the major train stations.

Second time staying here because we loved it last time. Great location, fab staff and great space to stay. Just one small thing- only one small toilet roll (could do with another one) and no mugs to drink our tea, just one small cup.

Nothing in particular. It's budget accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Lots of towels. Had a small kitchen/eating area if one needs such a facility.

Had to pay in cash as card machine wasn't working. The blind was not very good with a lot of street light outside, thankfully I had a eye mask was wasn't an issue.

The bed and pillow are a bit firm (for me). The bed was okay for 1 person, for 2 persons it would be too small.

The location is super, 5 minutes from Liverpool station. No breakfast, but a lot of chances to get to know the area. Check in is clear, just call and someone is over to help you in.

The noise out the window and large groups of lads outside (close the curtains for privacy). The shared facilities - I simply didn’t want to use them. They were clean and ready for use I just had no desire to use them. The cost had been inflated which didn’t make me feel I received value fir money on thus occasion.

It was close to where I needed to be. The owner - friendly responsive and keen to be helpful. Best bit about the property.

The room did not match the picture. I am glad I was not there on my own as there is no signage anywhere, so we had to call to ask for directions and then someone (John, who was nice and friendly) met us on the street and walked us around to another address entirely, where we entered through an unmarked door.

The kitchen and washer were available if needed, along with a lounge chair in the common area. The wifi worked fine. We got a workout climbing the narrow stairs with our suitcases, to the third floor. While the room was very, very small only 6 inches wider than the bed, but it was sufficient with some juggling of bags to get the door open. The shared bathroom was small but clean, and clean linen was provided. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

The room was quite small but the common spaces were nice. We were told just a few days before that there was no card payment, which was upsetting as we had to extract cash and incurred in extra cost

Blind needs repair , but as its winter months wasn't an issue

Great value for money , checking in was better than anticipated and host was very welcoming . Smoke Alarm battery needed changing and he got it sorted immediately .
