the hotel advertises 'streaming' however we have only once been able to do this successfully. I think the issue is with wifi/broadband strength

This is a repeat hotel for us. We love the location and the rooms are larger than most in the city. Check in and check out are quick

We booked a room with an extra bed. On the first evening, I called the reception to get a blanket for that bed, but didn't get one even during our stay. :( We used our extra sheets to make the situation better.

We liked the breakfast - it had a lot of variety and fresh items.

Location superb for events in the the Square Mile. Upgraded to a standard double room for extra space and that was worthwhile. Breakfast hot & cold buffet adequate ; cleared away very promptly Mon- Fri (before 0930)

It was not clear that you had to specially request a change of linens. I did expect after day two when the room was routinely cleaned the sheets would be changed

The air con and warm air blew air from by the bins or something so it stank! Fortunately it was bad weather so we just had the window open.

Didn't have a breakfast room, which we missed, but we did know this beforehand. There is a Weatherspoons next door though so you can still get a full English!

The room was large and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful. There isn't a breakfast room as such, but you can buy drinks and breakfast items from the little cafe downstairs. The fridge and sink in the room, with crockery & cutlery really help. Also liked the online yoga session and the ability to borrow a yoga mat.

Personel said that cleaning will be done once in to days, however there was no room cleaning at all. Breakfast options are very much the same everyday and it's way more expensive than many options literally next door to the hotel. Windows in rooms are very small so there is no natural light coming in.

Location is very convenient if you are traveling for work, very city center. Rooms are big comparing to the majority of stay options in London.

The WiFi which was advertised as being "superfast" was pretty much non-existent. The room was OK - not been in a hotel before where the rooms / towels etc are only checked and changed every 2 days. Now I am aware on how this hotel" works - I would opt to probably just do a single night as opposed to 3 nights.

The advertised three person room is not actually for three people, it’s two normal beds and a camp bed which is only fit for a child - so I wouldn’t recommend this room if your three adults sharing. Luckily staff resolved the issue with giving us another room
