Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomDidn't have a breakfast room, which we missed, but we did know this beforehand. There is a Weatherspoons next door though so you can still get a full English!
The room was large and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful. There isn't a breakfast room as such, but you can buy drinks and breakfast items from the little cafe downstairs. The fridge and sink in the room, with crockery & cutlery really help. Also liked the online yoga session and the ability to borrow a yoga mat.

RussiaPersonel said that cleaning will be done once in to days, however there was no room cleaning at all. Breakfast options are very much the same everyday and it's way more expensive than many options literally next door to the hotel. Windows in rooms are very small so there is no natural light coming in.
Location is very convenient if you are traveling for work, very city center. Rooms are big comparing to the majority of stay options in London.

The room was OK - not been in a hotel before where the rooms / towels etc are only checked and changed every 2 days. Now I am aware on how this hotel" works - I would opt to probably just do a single night as opposed to 3 nights.

United KingdomThe advertised three person room is not actually for three people, it’s two normal beds and a camp bed which is only fit for a child - so I wouldn’t recommend this room if your three adults sharing. Luckily staff resolved the issue with giving us another room
