Our room 101 was very hot and the fan did help a little but air con would have been better. My daughter was in room 108 and her room was lovely and cool so maybe it depends on the sun setting side or way the wind direction going.

Food was great. The room was lovely. Staff all very helpful and polite.

the swimming pool is not inside the building you have to walk across the road to get to it and there is no guarantee you will get in. and they don't let kids in after a certain time

the staff are really friendly, the room was small, but very clean. Breakfast was very good, a good selection of food to choose from.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been.

Our check-in was the most welcoming and friendly check in I've ever experienced. Made us feel very at home. At first I was worried about the potential noise from the road, but closing the window blocked it out completely.

Everything...great room....lots of tea,coffee,drinking chocolate and a bar of Cadburys finest!Nice setting,my second time here,the previous being in 2010.Breakfast,excellent 9.5/10!

I booked the property because we could use the pool. I disliked the property because I called the hotel before booking to ask if there were particular times I could take a 5 year old to swim and was told it was for 3 hours in the afternoon but after paying and getting to the pool was told to go back 2 hours later as it would only be open for 1 hour that day as they were having meetings. It was the only reason for booking this hotel. I would have booked a Village hotel if I'd known in advance. It was just finding something different to do with a youngster in the holidays. Breakfast was excellent 👌

The only thing I didn’t like was Parking 🅿️ Charges. I paid £19 for two nights. There were no free parking for people who book hotel room for more than one day.

The breakfast was amazing and location is absolutely stunning. The Staff are really good.

Had a really comfortable stay at Conference Aston. Our room was really spacious and the communal facilities were excellent, including the breakfast which had a variety of continental or cooked options. The hotel also has a huge focus on sustainability, which I appreciated a lot!

I didn't like ordering a pizza advertised as sourdough with passataand and buffalo mozzarella with fresh basil only to receive a cheap frozen pizza heated up with no fresh basil or mozzarella. I could have complained but didn't as I was too tired. Disappointed though. Should have asked for my money back

Nothing in particular. Maybe the bathroom needed a fresh painting and updated decoration but it is a minor detail.

The mattress was fabulous The staff were super kind and accommodating The room spotless and warm I liked having the restaurant's updated menu on the TV alongside other local details.

Wanted to go for a swim, but the check out time didn't allow us too, we would of had to wait around

The hotel was a little bit hard to locate from walking from the station the 1st time around. I think it would be nice to have color coded signs leading to the entrance depending on where you are walking from

The property was very clean and bright. There was vegan options readily available which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel has a swimming pool but we were informed that it was closing at 4:30. We were disappointed as we were not able to use it, and this was the main reason why we booked this hotel. Slightly far from centre.
