There wasn't anything I didn't like about our stay, it has been brilliant

Our room with a kitchenette, table and chairs, sofa, ensuite bath / shower, private garden area with patio, table and chairs has been perfect. I couldn't have wished for it to have been any better. The super King sized bed was extremely comfortable and I am leaving here feeling I have had an amazing couple of days away. The breakfasts are delicious and certainly don't go hungry and the staff are very kind and helpful. I thoroughly recommend staying here and would love to come back. It is in the perfect location for exploring the New Forest and my daughter and I really enjoyed a 10 mile circuit route, with a stop for lunch in a pub, about half way round. All in all we have had the best time, I couldn't of wished for more. Thank you so much.

The price point is simply too high for this to be a default option for us. We have booked a well rated alternative for an upcoming event on price. For 2 rooms/ 4 pax, the alternate is better located for Brockenhurst Station and, although undoubtedly fewer luxury touches, is £400 cheaper. Accommodation plays out much, much better than first impression when approaching the property - I assume the exterior was part way through redecoration when we visited.

Professionally run, room linen/ facilities are of a luxury standard, breakfast high quality, staff helpful.

The extra bed in the superior room was not as comfortable as the large beds. There could have been a garden to sit.

We loved the style, the layout of the rooms and quirky features of the hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable and had lots of good quality local products and toiletries. The breakfast room was very welcoming and cosy. It really met all our needs. The bathroom had both a bath and shower which made it suitable for my elderly mother. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. We all loved it. It was fresh, wholesome and delicious.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Cheryl was great and also Becky who was there during breakfast was so attentive and welcoming. The room was very comfy, clean and we had everything we needed from bathrobes, to sleepers, coffeee/tea making . We also had a little gift for our little one, an explorers pack with a pack, colouring set and stickers.

This place is a MUST if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable and friendly BnB to stay whilst visiting the new forest. We loved our room “the courtyard”. The bed was super comfortable with great pillows, a fantastic and spacious shower. Plus, the Irish breakfast was incredible.

The location was a great start for our wandering round the local villages. We enjoyed a lovely home cooked breakfast to start our day, lots of information on where to see ponies and wonderful sights to see whilst we were there. The room was clean, spacious, and the shower. Wow!

What an amazing B&B. The room was a great size with lots of nice touches - home baked cookies, selection of specialty teas, coffee maker, dressing gowns, and slippers, to name a few. I was greeted by one of the owners, Carian, who welcomed me and showed me around, then offered suggestions for exploring the area, as well as dining options. A big, comfortable bed with exquisite linen offered a wonderful nights sleep. After unexpected snow, the owners offered to clear my windows so I could head off safely. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The quintessential English B&B. Hosts were wonderful and shared lots of local information. Bed was comfortable and Breakfast was delicious. Perfectly located within walking distance of great food and coffee right in the middle of the New Forest. Highly recommend.

I booked this last minute but I don't think I've stayed in a nicer B&B. The room was lovely. Wonderful home-made biscuits to greet us plus an assortment of good quality teas, a Nespresso maker and fresh milk and chilled water in the fridge. Lovely Bramley soap, shampoo and conditioner in the large bathroom. Everything was top quality. The owners really pay attention to detail and want to give guests a really enjoyable stay. The bed was wonderfully comfortable a.nd fluffy towels, dressing gowns, slippers are provided. The breakfast was also wonderful and the food, from what I understood, was locally sourced, as was the lovely crockery. A real treat to stay here.

The location was good - about 15 minutes walk into the village. Railway line runs at the end of the garden but we didn’t hear it at all as we were at the front. It was a really nice room with everything you could possibly need. Welcome was really good, and the owner quickly gave us an idea of good local walks and places to eat. Breakfast was lovely.
