Staff is very kindly and helpful. Stratford, Maryland and forest Gate is very easy to go Centrum and hotel were so guiet, we like it. We like to sleep here and days we were to go Centrum, Olympia park and every where . Thank you.

The rooms were smaller than we expected, and it was on the lower ground floor, so the room didn’t have much natural light. The breakfast could be more various. The room was not really soundproof, we could hear everything, and when we had to stay in longer in the daytime everything was really loud..

Very kind staff, clean rooms, bus stop, and shops were close by. Even had a kettle in the room. It’s great for sleeping.

Breakfast was a free for all, not enough tables for the amount of guests. Guests had to clear their own dishes which was fine but some didn’t and the tables were sometimes left dirty. Our shower had no hot water our first morning so we had a freezing shower - it was fixed by evening. We received a free upgrade to a family room which was under the reception/breakfast area and it was very noisy. Luckily, we weren’t in the room very much. The window had no view as it was in the basement. Lovely room though.

The staff, location to other transport links, it was very clean. Breakfast was an added bonus. They dealt with a problem reasonably quickly.

The room got very warm very quickly and needed the windows open, and there was a lot of noise from the main road. If you are on the ground floor like I was, the windows are not fitted with any privacy film, so you need the blinds to be shut most of the time or people walking past can see into your room whilst you are in there.

Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well equipped. Small room but everything you need for 1 or 2 night stay. Breakfast was small but had everything you could need for a simple breakfast set up and was tasty.

Hotel DC is always my go to hotel when I need to spend a night in the capital. Prices are really reasonable if not booked on certains days or near festive periods/bank holidays. I love that breakfast is included. Staff is always so polite and welcoming.

Same breakfast 3 days (English breakfast), no veggies, we would have welcomed some variety. Visible layers of dust in the bathroom as well as the bedroom.

Great location, 40min from Stansted airport, 30min to the city centre. Very friendly staff. Groceries 5min walk, train/tube station 10min walk

I was on a city trip with my girls and we all could sleep in one room. That was so nice. The beds were cozy and the room was small, but totally fine. The staff was so nice and helpful. We needed more towels and our heater was so hot in the barthroom and the staff directly took care of it. Thank you so much for that. The Station Maryland or Forest Gate was like 15min walk away, we loved it!! And we also loved the fact, that coffee, tea, water and lemon water was free for 24/7h :-)

My bed was very comfortable but had developed a dip on one side so I slept closest to the wall on the edge of the bed. A full length mirror would have been nice.

All the staff were very friendly and polite. My room was very clean and nicely decorated. It was a great size for a single room with a small double / large singe bed. Adequate hanging space for my stay and convenient lamps and sockets.

Great staff, couldn't do enough for us. Very spacious and clean room. It was walkable to Westfield and the nearest tube. Lots of buses running right outside the hotel. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast had everything you needed.

Mohammed at reception was very helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. There was just a green light in the room that we couldn’t turn off that kept us awake. Other than that, a great stay

On my first night, my floor smelt like smoke/cigarettes. There was also small hairs on the duvet that were already there. The check out time is also very early, it is as 10.30am, where most places check out at 12. I would suggest increasing this as the window is very small. Especially since check in is around 3pm. The regular room is also very small, so wouldn't suggest this if you have a lot of luggage.

Great place to stay for a couple of days as I was visiting the city. Bed was comfortable and staff were accommodating when I requested for extra pillows and towels. It is also very close to the tube stations and Stratford shopping centre.

It was a great place to stay in the hotel for a short trip. Additionally, this place offers quite cheap accommodation with a wholesome breakfast. I was there twice in this year for total 3 nights. I liked the ambience and the staff were so cooperative.

Not much soundproofing between rooms, I could hear every word of a conversation next door at 4.15 am. And breakfast was busy, not enough tables for all guests, and the food came out in batches so you had to do several visits to get a full English but it was very good
