Basic breakfast, I love a good fry up. The stairs are quite windy/small as well.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The room was quite small, but the bed was lovely and comfortable with tea making facilities and a nice shower, that you had to ask for shampoo. Breakfast was basic (cereals, fruit juice, yogurts and tea/coffee). My son and I were only staying there one night for the Duke of Edinburgh function at the Palace, which was excellent! I would stay at the hotel again, it was inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Tiny room, but as this is London, so we were expecting it.

Location, lots of local facilities, helpful staff. Basic continental breakfast but very adequate. Daily service.

Room was too warm despite keeping the window open. Had to use a book to keep window open as it didn’t stay up.

Breakfast was poor, toast, cereal, yogurt. Not enough tables, people queuing for breakfast watching you eat and making you rush. Needs some system to stop this as an unpleasant experience.

I didn't like that the kitchen staff were constantly chatting away loudly from 6am on a Sunday morning which meant we couldn't sleep. Very inconsiderate!

It's a basic little hotel. We got what we expected. You have all the essentials you need.

For this price the hotel offer the proper room & service. The location was very good a lot of buses are near there and you can visit main attraction with short walk. The guys on the reception are very kind and helpful. The room is small but it was written on the Hotel info page. For me the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom is really clean. There are also a lot of good bars and resatuarants

Breakfast was very limited and no vegan options

Location was great just a short walk from victoria train and bus stations. Room clean a comfy though small. Nice ensuite. Ideal little hotel for short stay or if you just need a base to sleep. Friendly staff

The breakfast options could have been improved. After my stay 2 year ago, I hoped it would have improved. Perhaps a warm food option besides toast. Like hard boiled eggs?

Noise. The building is old and the floors are squeaky, and the walls don’t provide any sound insulation. We could not sleep properly as we were woken up first by people talking in the room next door at 2AM, and then by the squeaking floor from people walking in the room above us at 5:30AM. It’s not fully the hotel’s fault, but the floors shouldn’t squeak in an otherwise nice hotel.

Great location, on a quiet road very close to Victoria stations. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast is simple, toast, but it’s nice.

The room was incredibly hot. We managed to figure out how to turn the heater down but if we hadn't, it would have been an uncomfortable night.

Easy to find, super fast check in process. It was well situated for what we needed while also being close to restaurants and corner shops as well as the bus and train stations. The room was quiet overnight and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic (toast with butter and jam, cereal, juices, tea &coffee) but absolutely adequate. The staff all round were helpful and pleasant. For the price this was a great wee room.

We had the room on highest floor and there are steep stairs. Breakfast is toast white jam and cereals.

Very warm in the bed room even with the window on all the time, and with tried to turn the heater off but didn't work.

Very small, but if you travel light it is ok The breakfast is absolutely limited, 2 loaves of toasted bread, cereal, yogurth, coffee and orange / apple juice and that’s it….
