Beautiful location with great hosts. Wonderful views and we loved watching the birds in the garden. Nicola was really accommodating with early our early check in as we were going to a wedding nearby. The breakfast was delicious.

Not didn't like, but as the main door of the large building is tucked out of sight, a sign directing visitors to it to sign in may be helpful.

Super clean and a very comfy bed. Lovely shower and the cooked breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel and I travel a lot! Great touch in the room with chocolate, crisps and other various snacks. And what a lovely welcome on arrival. Will definitely visit again.

The perfect Devon experience. You'll find this a great base for many destinations in and around Devon and Dartmoor National Park. Great owners with great recommendations and a breakfast perfect for every type. Very quiet and a bit of an adventure getting there first time if you DON'T follow Nicola's directions ;) For those... drive to Bow first and then type East Hillerton House into the navigation system.

Didn’t like very much the chip board effect or the window between bathroom and living area but that’s personal preference and would not put me off staying again

Close to where we needed to be for a wedding. The studio gave us extra room that we wanted.

We stayed in the annex which is on the side of the main house. It is cosy, comfortable and clean with everything you need for self catering but with the added advantage of having breakfast in the house. Nicola has added so many extras including milk, wine, toiletries and lots more.

Not a problem for us as it was one night but if we stayed longer we would request a bigger room with more spacd round the bed.

Breakfast was delicious. The room had every possible amenity. The shower room was beautiful and spacious.

Thanks Nicola and Kerry for a wonderful stay. The views from our bedroom window were truly amazing and seeing wild roe deer in the field below was a lovely surprise. The bedroom and en suite were beautifully decorated and there were many additional extras. The cooked breakfast was delicious and served in the garden room where we were entertained watching wild birds including a woodpecker feeding outside.
