Wasn't cleaned to a high standard. Lots of cobwebs not cleaned behind stuff. . Could do with a coat of paint to brighten and fresh it up. But that's all superficial.

Location was great, easy to get too. Perfect for a base to stay . The owners were good at responding.

Upon arrival to the apartment it looks tired and not thoroughly clean. They also ask for a security deposit to cover any damages,however there are obvious signs of damage as well as repairs needed. A little bit of a makeover and this place would score highly.

The place is accessible. Close to the train station and close to the town center. The apartment is suitable for us tourists who will only just sleep there. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets, is already a plus point. Sara responds to emails as fast as she can.

The only issue was the codes for the doors, sometimes it took a while to get into the property.

The location was perfect, close to the town centre but still a distance away to be quiet. The flat itself was lovely, well kept and clean.

Staircase a bit tight and could be a pain if carrying heavy luggage. Could benefit from a light outside the building when trying to enter the code at night.

Emmanuel Church Apartments in Warrington offers a fantastic location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The beautifully converted church provides a unique and charming atmosphere. The apartments are clean.

The parking is the only downfall, with only 2 parking spaces for 8 apartments and having the option of parking in the staff bays in the evening but if not moved by the time the staff come in to work you will be blocked in so spent a majority of the stay paying to park in a car park across the way.

After booking and paying with no refund, it was then I found out that we couldn't get the codes for the doors until £150 was paid incase of damages (refundable). Just waiting now to see when it will be refunded. Couldn't get parked until after 5:30pm when building across the road closed. Round the back you had to wait until 6:00pm but it was too tight to get the works van in.

Visited this facility twice and both times we had issues with the first room given, people already staying in one, this time the apartment hadn't been cleaned. Both issues sorted with a phone call. I also think having a jar of coffee, some tea bags and shower gel provided would enhance the apartments appeal.

I would have preferred a key to the actual apartment rather than an access code. I found it difficult to press the buttons on the right as they were so close to the door frame.

Parking was a bit of a squeeze. As we arrived at a weekend we were able to use the car park, but this maybe an issue for those that arrive during the week.

Such a lovely place to stay. The church is such a wonderful place to be adapted into apartments. There was sufficient room for us all. Lovely modern and clean kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms were soo lovely and the ensuite bathroom was greatly needed due to us getting ready to go to a horror convention.
