Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

BulgariaThe room was very tiny and soo cold 🥶 Also, you have to be at the hotel before 11 pm. I haven’t heart that rule before 😅
The location is perfect - it’s 30 minutes by walk to a centre of the town.

RomaniaThe room was extremely cold. They left the window open all day long and they constantly turned the heat off. We, as well as other guests, repeatedly asked them not to turn the heat off and while they seemed willing to help (they always say yes, yes, yes), in reality they did whatever they pleased. They said that the radiators were optimized or temporized or something like that, but I seriously doubt it. In conclusion, don't go to Enrico during cold months! Also, the room isn't suitable for very young couples, since one of the partners, while laying in bed, will inevitably see and, implicitly, hear the other partner on the toilet. So much for the romance....
Very good location, close to some touristic attractions and means of transport; you can even take a walk to Westminster, Thames, Big Ben etc. There are also a couple markets very close and many coffee shops, English pubs and restaurants.

Great location. We needed somewhere affordable for one night. After reading reviews I had some concerns but was pleasantly surprised.

NetherlandsThe value of money - it was way too expensive for what we got. Extra small room with a window looking at the neighbors windows. The bed was uncomfortable. The room needs a renovation. The picture was ready to fall down from the wall. For six nights I wouldn't recommend this hotel. For 2 nights might be acceptable.

PolandIt was cold, even tho heaters were on but with warmer clothes will be fine. We had bathroom in our room and water was leaking from under the toilet. Our bathroom was literally 1m x 1m, so for some people it might be a problem, but we also saw shared bathroom and these were more comfortable (exept toilet)
I was staying there for 2 nights. Room was clean, cleaned everyday (towels, bin etc). Location was perfect, 10 min to metro, tesco 2 min away. Personel was very nice. This hotel is really good for this price, no idea why ppl complain abt it like they want everything for free, definitely comming there in the next year :)

Location is great. And staff are really nice and helpful. If you just need a place to sleep it does the job.

United KingdomThe place was very small. It did what I needed and gave me a place to stay, but for the price I paid, I was expecting a bit more quality. Furniture was in rough condition, the sink was cracked, there was dust on many surfaces, the room was absolutely tiny, and little care had been given to TLC.
Plenty of hot water in the shower.

United KingdomThe twin room was extremely small which was sufficient for sleeping but you wouldn't want to stay in it long. I knew it did not have an ensuite but the toilet and showers were up another stairs case level which meant you had to walk through the main foyer to reach them. The electrics fuse for the lights kept tripping plunging the room into darks - although the staff would fix it quickly when informed. However, the cost at £75 per person is hard to beat at that location if all you want is a bed for the night.
The Enrico Hotel location is excellent providing easy walking access to the heart of London. Nearby are good local cafes, restaurants and local markets for eating. Its a short walk from Victoria station which has direct trains from Gatwick airport.

United KingdomThe hotel is very dated & could do with a freshen up. The ensuite was difficult, to say the least. For someone taller than me, it would be difficult to sit on the toilet & close the door. The shower section was miniscule .... probably ok for a 10 year old.
Convenient for Victoria & then access to the city beyond. WiFi is excellent.

RomaniaThe biggest drawbacks were the sockets which are quite different and incompatible if you're coming from a European Union country. The staff was nice and provided us an adaptor but it worked only 2 days and then we had no more power to use the hair dryer at that socket.
The location is just perfect, close to Victoria station and the Victoria Place. We have chosen a standard double room with private bathroom.

United KingdomThe rooms are basic, and the number of shared showers and toilets is limited, and not on every floor. Although the bed was short for me (I’m 6 foot 4 and the bed was less than 6 foot) I had a surprisingly good nights sleep. It’s quite a quiet part of London so the street noise wasn’t a problem even though I had the window open all night.
The Enrico is very well located near Victoria station. It offers basic accommodation at very reasonable prices. The facilities are limited, but the rooms are clean and functional. Access to Netflix on the room TV was an unexpected bonus and it felt secure and safe. Tea and coffee are provided and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Could not access normal television so had to watch the one channel when in the bedroom. The water took 10 minutes to get warm but the shower was nice when it did...general cleanliness let the room down unfortunately.
