It was run down definitely needed an update and a good clean. Bed sheets and towels were dirty.

Socks from previous guests still under the bed and some kind of costume jewellery Hot water tap not working on the basin the same tap leaking water from under tap.

There was no hot water in the room. Bed side lights did not work. Appeared to be near the stop tap in the room. We could hear running water through the night which disturbed sleep. No kick plate in the bathroom which had sharp wood sticking up. No handles on windows.

Staff were extremely accommodating. Downstairs in the bar area was perfect for our needs, child friendly.

The parking outside. The road has loading only lines on opposite side of the road all full. I had a blue badge and got a parking ticket as its a limited times of parking.

Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Great for a budget b&b. The lady that booked us in said because there were a few people staying she would put on karaoke and games with shots. She told us if anything wasn't right let her know asap and would try and put it right. We had no complaints. Had a great stay.

Nice and clean for a little nite away with the girls easy access to come in and out on a night out, Only thing is we didn’t have any toilet roll in the room, no tea spoon to have a cuppa in the morning, the lady on the desk was really helpful though but for what we paid, I would say it’s good for your money the town centre is a 2/3 minute walk

Too small for myself and my partner I had to check that I didn’t roll out the bed every time I turned around bathroom sink no hot water the shower although small and I’m big very big took forever to get hot water out the other half she was able to get three lovely hot showers

Lovely little Bar just passed reception small dining area unfortunately noisy street outside where the other hotels were. They all had bars as well all in although nice I would stay there again is okay.

£122 for a family room for two nights stay is more than reasonable but let down by cleaning and broken shower screen and window blinds if those issues are addressed I am sure you could charge more and people would be happy

Check in was ok but upon arrival the entrance was very dirty with over flowing pots with cigarette butt's and rubbish and people sitting outside under the canopy entrance smoking , the rooms are very tired with broken blinds curtains that just cover the windows the stairwells are dirty , as we're all the carpets the shower also had mold and a rusty shower hose that would not stay in the holder the toilet seat was also lose the worst bit was having to go out and buy bug spray as the whole hotel is alive with them (photos to prove ) one group checked out and left losing all there money , the owners don't answer the phone either one of my party had to pay a visit to the hospital and on the return at 3am could not get in as the internal entrance had been locked resulting in them having to spend the night under the canopy outside in the cold weather . In my opinion the whole place needs closing down fumigation team brought in and the whole place stripped back to bare walls and floors and rebuilding. We didn't have the option of moving to another hotel either as they were all full or even have the funds to do so would I stay here again no is the answer would I recommend it definitely not. The only good thing was it's location i couldn't even talk to the owners as they were never around to speak to to rectify the situation if I could get a refund I'd gladly accept it .

For this price, there is nothing to complain about. Minor improvements would be useful because there are visible small defects and imperfections. However, the atmosphere inside is very relaxed, the lady at the reception is very nice and helpful. I also recommend it.

It wasn't clean. Dust and dirt over windows and surfaces. The shower was grim. Mould and soap scum build up. Mirrors dirty. I didn't complain because I fear confrontation and I couldn't afford anywhere else.

The beds were comfortable. The room was tidy. Hangers and cupboard available. Bed sheets were clean. Floor was hoovered. Staff was lovely and helpful. We needed to ask for towels.

The room was alot smaller than it looked on pics and the bathroom is tiny but done the job and for the price we can't complain

The lady who runs it Is so nice and nothing Is too much trouble, felt welcomed from the start ☺️
