It would have been good to have a welcome pack with details for bins and recycling, details for the pool, and bits like that.

Very clean and tidy. Lovely soft bedding and towels. Nice quiet park. Everything we needed and spacious accommodation. The bedroom was lovely and light with the bonus of the balcony. The bath was great, it was nice and deep. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Clean and well equipped. Perfect base for our dog walking break . So good we've booked for later in the year. Didn't cook but great quality food in the local pub and Chinese.

Lovely holiday accommodation, friendly staff on the site, nice pool, friendly pub over the road, nice Chinese takeaway, beach and walks 5 mins up the road, and town centre not far to drive to. Also, tesco, maccies and some other chain restaurants nearby. The site was peaceful, the accommodation had everything we needed, warm and cosy, would stay again and recommend. Thank you.

We didn’t get the key safe number until I phoned on the morning of travel. It would be helpful to have this the day before. There were no instructions about whether we could use the pool and timings also opening times for the club house etc. A little note explaining the facilities on site would have been useful. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Was a little cold for me. The heating wasn't great, however with a few blankets and jumpers we didn't let it spoil our fun.

Lovely property with more than you need. The little things make a difference. It had soap, towels, games, proper home from home experience. Hope to make our next visit longer.

Not much to dislike, maybe just a preference that maybe the oven to be checked as some grease must have been left from the previous guest and was smokey when used but a little clean up cleared the issue. Also sand found between the sofa cushions but otherwise would stay again.

Nice peaceful location with places to visit if you wanted. Onsite restaurant/bar and swimming pool, ample parking and lovely residents. Close by to other coastal towns to see some sites but being winter not much was open. Accommodation was pleasant with all amenities needed, with a bonus of a slither of sea view from the balcony which was a nice surprise. The host was attentive with communication and very helpful with any queries.

The items of furniture in the kitchen/dinner living room did not work well with the available space. Furniture size, shape & arrangement could be better thought out to make the best of the space. The heavy, hard to lift dinning table required us moving it out from the wall in order to place chairs around it to dine, the over sized coffee table impacted on available space to do so.

The apartment is very well maintained, smart in appearance inside & out with clean bright decor. The kitchen & bathroom are modern & without fault. Peaceful location away from any sight or sound of traffic, located within a pedestrian only holiday complex.

We needed to come down from Cumbria to visit poorly family so we wanted somewhere quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed, and a nice outside space to sit and contemplate and walk our dog. We found all this here, so were very happy and would stay again. I particularly appreciated the bath - having only a shower at home! The beds were very comfy, I could hear the sea with the window open, and there was plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Corton woods, just down the road, with it's little coffee cabin, was my favourite place to walk and have a lovely brunch.

Minor things. Only 2 seats for outside when it's set up for 5. The blinds in the front bedroom desperately need replacing as they are falling apart. A mat for the shower might be a good idea. I hate saying anything negative as in spite of the above we would try Fernly again ☺️

Fernly was just like the photos on entry.. The site is lovely, quiet & clean. The clubhouse staff were very friendly. Find out what is on before you arrive as you may need to book a table. We tried the pool 🥳 lovely and warm. Great communication from our host. 😊 Easy entry and very helpful. Bus stop just outside the site for busses into Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth. The pub across the road is great and because of this it gets busy. Chinese also has a great choice @ amazing prices We would love to return.

There was nothing to dislike, we would book again and recommend this home to others.

The holiday home was very clean. The location was good, with the coast, supermarkets and eateries fairly nearby. The holiday site was well maintained. The home included everything that you would need while on holiday, including towels and bedding. The lady was friendly and polite to deal with, and the transaction easy. It was also nice to have the veranda with table and chairs outside.

There weren't any staff around when we wanted to book the swimming pool, so we drove to Yarmouth ( marina ) . This didn't disrupt our stay at all as it was not too far away.

It was very clean and homely, there was a pub and shop we could walk to. We were advised on walks for the dogs by some local people. Near plenty of beaches and other amenities

More contact from the host re arrival instructions - were a bit concerned when hadn't heard anything by mid morning on arrival day re arrival instructions but responded quickly to a text. A folder with information about the site/local area would also be good.

Owner didn't give us much information. Would be nice if giving details of the keys and door number ect. Also for WiFi had to call not working when it was off from wall plug. Bed need to be look at coz not comfortable sleeping. And last tv in living room need to smart tv will help Children’s enjoy entitament.

It's a beautiful place and the villa is nice. Can see sea from bedroom in corner view.
