Our stay at Fraser Suites was absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city center—so you’re surrounded by everything you could need. We initially stayed for 3 nights, then checked out for a short trip to the Highlands. then we returned for another 3 nights, the staff were kind enough to store our luggage during our trip time, which was a huge convenience. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable!

My air conditioning was not working and it was warm throughout my 3-day stay as temperatures rose outside. I notified the desk and they responded immediately but had to get an outside HVAC contractor not available on a weekend.

Breakfast buffet had a good variety of balanced options so guests can choose what they prefer.

Expected a cook top in our kitchenette, but there was just a toaster and microwave. We were hoping to cook a little more than we did, but we managed.

Fraser Suites was a great place to stay. Super comfortable rooms. The bed and the pillows were really good. The location is just off the Royal Mile, so we thought it may be a bit noisy, but we didn't hear a thing and slept really well, every night. The complimentary laundry was very useful. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to others.

Would prefer walk in showers as the bath tubs were a challenge to get in and out. Shower taps stiff to manouvere.

There was not enough toiletries and when we requested for additional shampoo and body wash it wasn’t delivered. No toothbrush was also provided. Breakfast selection was also limited.

The room was very dusty and didn’t look like it was cleaned properly and the fridge was so cold that everything we put in froze and it smelled like someone puked in there. There’s no toilet brush which isn’t ideal if you want to keep your toilets clean. One of the housekeepers obviously sniffed around in our stuff so always keep the suitcases locked and put valuable things in the safe.

The location was perfect, in the middle of the old town and near to everything. You can also reach the new town in a 5min walk and it was quiet so that was great. The room was very nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the reception was nice and helpful.

Perfect location, in the middle of all must see places in Edinburgh, you can reach everywhere by walking. Room was clean and staff was very nice. View of our room was great. Breakfast was fine. There was no any negative issue with our vacation in this hotel.
