    Nothing

Cosy room clean and comfortable friendly staff, ideal location for Royal Albert Hall 10 mins walk, 5 mins from Science and British, V&A museums, didn’t have breakfast as plenty ofCoffee and bakeries close by. 5 mins walk from Sth Kensington Tube. Would use again if visiting this area.

The room was next to an air con unit but the double glazing kept a lot of the noise out.

Within a few minutes walk from South Kensington tube station and Exhibition Road where there are most of the major museums. We booked to go to the Royal Albert Hall which is a 10 minute walk. Great breakfast across the road at their sister hotel.

The pillows provided were a little uncomfortable

Lovely hotel in a great location. We were attending a performance at the Royal Albert Hall which was just a short walk away from the hotel. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast, served at their sister hotel across the road, was very nice.

En suite was rather tiny, but it had everything needed in respect of toiletries.

Excellent location in South Kensington for visiting The Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace. Close to South Kensington tube, and Natural History Museum. Lots of eateries close by or 5 mins away on Gloucester Road. Our room was 304 which for an over night stop was brilliant with a kettle for a brew, and biscuits too. A window that opened plus brilliant Air Conditioning. Reception gave us water and there was more water in our room.

We were happy but my dad's room smelt of smoke when we arrived. They upgraded his room without us knowing which was kind but can't help but think the original room we booked would have been better! The staff did act on this quickly as couldn't change rooms but it did but a slight dampner on our stay. Would have been good to be offered some kind of compensation. My dad is 79 and it's a trip away so expected it to be more calm, relaxed and comfortable for him but instead a bit embarrassing as I booked the hotel. Also lots of noise from floorboards and shower of room above or below! Made for a restless sleep

It was all good-a comfortable affordable stay in a nice area.

Good hotel with a touch of style and mostly comfortable, though a few minor issues. Great location.

The mattress was too soft/bumpy. Total lack of hooks and shelves in the bathroom (there is a drawer but that's not convenient) - even a small shelf by the sink / basin would help. My main 'minus' is the very bright ceiling spotlights in the room - lots of them and no dimmer! There was no other lighting option like wall lamps / downlighting, the bedside lamps are really tiny and only for use during the night. TV had no option of using iplayer / apps without already having an account with Google.

Rooms are good size and with a pleasant decor, so are the bathrooms, good shower and attachment. Very good location. Generally they make an effort with the decor all round, with an arty bend, even in the lift. Nice big windows. Small bottles of water and biscuits supplied. Large towels.

Very small lift..and breakfast not on site was a shame..you have to go to the sister hotel opposite (staff are very friendly and helpful.) but once you get used to that a very good hotel

Location was perfect for The Royal Albert Hall, underground and museums. Room was lovely with aircon. Breakfast was good with a choice of cereals and continental style/cooked food and served up to 10:30am

The rooms were really tired, our room had marks (like marker pen) on the curtains on the walls. Really needs a refresh. Also if you're going to upgrade rooms in a booking of 2 rooms, please upgrade both to the same facilities! As the main booker, I had the room with less facilities which put a dampener on things.

Proximity the museums, and the location is next to lots of places to eat. Rooms relatively big for London Standards.
