It's a very warm and cozy B&B owned by a lovely older couple that make you feel like you're visiting family. Just a note for people that cares about having an in-room bathroom: one of the rooms has a bathroom outside, it's a private bathroom but I'd recommend asking beforehand if it might be a problem for you. Breakfast is superb, you wouldn't expect it from a B&B.

Nice people running this guesthouse on walking distance of Inverness Town center. Everything is a bit out-dated but that gives the whole experience something extra in a way.

Lovely spacious quadruple room with beautiful views towards the river. Beds comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. The guesthouse was fully booked when we stayed, but it was very quiet at night. The Staff were lovely. We didn't bring the car, the walk is approx. 25 minute walk into central Inverness, however, there is a number 16 bus right outside the property, which takes a few minutes into town. You get the number 16 bus back to Glasdair from just around the corner to the Inverness Museum and Gallery (Castle stairs) If you are driving, its only a 3 minute drive from the centre. A lovely walk along the river back to Glasdair. We would definitely stay again

The access to the parking lot at the back is a bit narrow, but there are also other larger parking lots in front. The location is very nice, but with ~25 min walk from the center. Still, the walk is very pleasant.

Very nice structure in a quiet neighborhood along the river. The owners, very kind, welcomed us warmly. The room was large and very clean, and there is a private parking inside the structure. Good and abundant breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B in Inverness. The lovely couple who run it were warm and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view of the River Ness, and the breakfast was excellent—continental style with a choice of eggs. The B&B is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and the walk itself is quite lovely. A small but important note: check-in is personal, not automated like in some other B&Bs, so be sure to check your messages and confirm your arrival time with the hosts. They’ll provide you with an old-fashioned key, which adds to the place’s charm and character. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was quite eccentric to say the least. She seemed lovely enough and passionate about hosting guests but was quite intense and made some odd comments to us during our quick stay.

Room was a great value for money that included a good breakfast (continental but the host also cooked eggs and sausage). Location lovely, right next to the river and a short 20min walk to the city.

We received a very warm welcome and were made to feel instantly comfortable. Both rooms were warm, pretty, and comfortable and had all we needed. The continental breakfast was really generous and our hosts continued to be kind and informative. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house.

We booked quite late and didn't get such a good choice of room.

The hosts were lovely and breakfast was exceptionally good. A pleasant location with a great walk by the river. This was our second visit.

Dated furnishings, odd collection of items from a diverse life well lived, but not so relevant to random guests like us.

Warm welcome from a couple who own and run the property. Huge rooms, feels like home. The furnishings need updating, including the toilets. Breakfast is basic. I missed a few hot items like eggs, sausages, etc.

Reception was good, initially the lady who runs the property was a bit rude - probably cause we arrived late at night. But they were a nice couple running th BnB, she was nicer in the morning (not at 6am though). The man was really humble and nice though, the couple kind of balanced each other which was cute.

Break was great, fresh eggs, a large buffet from hot food to cold cuts. It was a cozy space with a river on the backyard. Refreshing waking up in the morning with such a view. The staff were generally sweet. Would recommend.

Shower had no water pressure- was barely a drip and there was no radiator in the bathroom so it was absolutely freezing No option to control heating in the room but it was so unbearably cold in the morning with -5 outside.
