Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The shower only had cold water, which made it very uncomfortable. In the middle of the night, the guests in the room next to ours arrived making a lot of noise — talking loudly, and we could hear everything as if they were inside our room. There was also a shared bathroom close to our room, and every time someone used it, they let the door slam shut. It was incredibly noisy throughout the night. We couldn’t sleep at all. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

Upon arrival the lady at the reception was rude. Place didn’t look safe …..booked for a night but ended up staying for only 30 minutes and left ….

My stay here was terrible. Staff gave no information on check-in, no WiFi code was provided, I asked if the main door would be open late at night and was told 'yes'. When I returned to the hotel in the early hours of the morning the main door was bolted. Found another entrance for which my key worked, but was then faced with a series of doors and corridors with no signage. Ended up in storage cupboards and toilets before I eventually found my way back to my room. The place was absolutely freezing! Heating barely worked and was switched off entirely from about 7pm to 8am. It was so cold I couldn't sleep. Bed was uncomfortable too and seemed to be on a slope. The shower in my room didn't work, had a choice between scalding hot or freezing cold water. The shower in the shared bathroom had no hot water at all. No staff were available to help and no-one answered the phone number provided. It was also noisy, could hear everything from the venue below and heard every single guest leave in the morning. A cleaner was also hoovering outside my room at 9am. Worst place I've ever stayed, avoid at all costs!

It was fairly clean and they provided a bottle of water.
