We’ve stayed here before on several occasions and we’ve always been looked after to a very high standard by Pete and warren and this was exactly the same.excellent weekend

Everything was great.

We have stayed on the island many times before. The guesthouse location in Shanklin was ideal. A 2 minute walk to local shops and pubs and also to Shanklin Chime and the seafront cliff walk. We chose Grange Bank house because of the great reviews and also because it is dog friendly. Very dog friendly with all dogs well behaved and given attention by the hosts. Our hosts, Warren and Pete were welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. They were fantastic. They have a lovely guest house and go out of their way to ensure all guests are happy. They should be very proud of what they have achieved and the personal effort they put in day to day. Our room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was perfect with cold items to help yourself to and hot items cooked freshly to order. We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing break and hope to return again in the future. Thanks again, Warren and Pete.

What a fabulous find. Perfect place for a break away. Pete and Warren (and Maggie) are so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, The room was perfect, very comfortable and the nightly chocolates was a lovely thought. Breakfast was very tasty, the hot food was cooked to order and very good. We could not have asked for more and look forward to returning. Thank you so much we really felt at home.

I can’t think of anything that needs improvement

Grange Bank House is spotless and the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! Nothing was too much trouble for Pete and Warren and the lovely Maggie is a doggy delight. Special little touches and Yorkshire tea, they have thought of everything. A masterclass in poached eggs sealed it!

Pete and Waren were the best host ever. I have never even taken an effort to go and write a review but both of them made us feel home away from home. Absolutely beyond expectations. The highlight of my trip.

The property was lovely - beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. You could not hear other people when in your room so well sound proofed. Good location to walk everywhere. Good choice of food for breakfast. Hosts are lovely and friendly and make you feel welcome. We will stay again.

Occasionally some sounds do echo a bit. It is now a longish walk to the beach due to lanslips closing the obvious route.

Pete and Warren are excellent hosts of a good b&b on a quiet side road in the old town. Breakfast was very good with the Vegetarian option not being simply an afterthought.

The weather was too warm for me. Otherwise, nothing.

Everything. Nothing was too much trouble. The b&b was just perfect in all ways. Location. In the beautiful chocolate box old part of Shanklin.

Not a problem for us but the off road parking was a little tight. Squeaky floor boards in room 4. Far too many pillows and towels per person, which apparently all have to be laundered, even if not used.

Breakfast was efficiently prepared and served, an excellent choice of hot and cold options. Vegetarians were well catered for. Location is great, close to town centre but in a quiet road.

Everything was perfect!

The owners (Pete and Warren) think about the guests, and I could see that in everything - the house, room, services, and breakfast. They were very caring, friendly, and kind and made me feel at home. My dog was very excited and noisy in the breakfast room, had a toilet accident, and got sick, but they were very understanding. Not many places allow dogs in the eating area, so it was nice. The room was super clean and comfortable, I definitely come back for my next visit to IoW!

Warm welcome. Informative. Great company. Really a comfortable and happy place to stay. Great breakfast and good quality tea and coffee. Other drinks were very reasonably priced. Warren and Pete were lovely hosts.

Beautiful hotel that is kept in immaculate condition. Extremely friendly and warm welcoming hosts. Spacious rooms finished with high-end touches. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the owners really do care that your stay is amazing! Super comfortable rooms and beds, The most amazing breakfast - cooked to perfection. This is more like a 6* High end hotel!! Location is ideal with free parking and the hosts offer dicounted ferry options. Dog friendly hotel in all rooms but you would never know a dog has been in the house it is so clean and fresh! For us it was the amazing personal toutches from the owners that made this a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Nothing could be found to complain over - NAILED IT GUYS - THANK YOU SO MUCH
