I really like location. You go out of your hotel and you are on trafalger square. The breakfast is super nice and tasty. Especially, stuff is great. I forgot my hair clip, they found it and gave me back. Super grateful for that 😊

It is a little bit expensive, but you pay to be in a convenient location to major attractions which we were ok with.

The location is within walking distance to transport, the London eye, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, which was very convenient.

I wish the room rates were more "friendly

I stay regularly at The Great Scotland Yard first of all because it is a relatively small hotel with super nice staff especially in the restaurant and the bar. (The other staff embers are also nice, but one has less contact with those). The hotel is in the old Scotland yard station in Westminster and one must compliment the architect and the interior decorators on a top job. You have to see it for yourself, but it makes it a to go to place even if the rates are high (but that is London for you)

The hotel is in a great location for what we needed. The room was lovely. The only thing that let the hotel down was the food. We had 3 meals there and they were mostly so so. Lunch was quite expensive and not great. Room service meal was mediocre. Breakfast was OK, except for lukewarm coffee. At all time, however, staff was nice.

The location was ideal and centrally located and the staff were very attentive. Especially our doorman, Mo, who carried our luggage three blocks to our taxi due to the marathon and street closures. Thank you. you went beyond and above expectations.

Fascinating property in unbeatable location. From here it’s a short walk up to Trafalgar Square or down to the Royal Horseguards and a stretch of the leg to Westminster Abbey or Buckingham Palace. And if you’re planning to take in the theatre, The Duchess of Malfi is right around the corner. This hotel is meticulously crafted in all respects to offer a unique, unforgettable experience. Staff were helpful and charming. Rooms were well designed and extremely comfortable. And since I love a theme as well as British crime and detective stories, I was in my element.
