In all honesty, nothing to add here as we had a great stay over the Easter weekend break.

Location is superb. Communication prior to arrival re parking is extremely informative. Had an evening meal in the hotel and breakfast, both were good value for money and excellent quality. Service and friendliness of staff was excellent.

Nothing the rooms are beautiful, as above I would like to see the breakfast included.

The breakfast was very good, but I think for the price it should be included. We had Dinner in the restaurant which we both enjoyed both the food and service were excellent.

Restaurant and bar close too early, parking could be a problem but we were lucky and found a place.

We were only there for one night, which was our issue not the hotels!

We received a phone call from David days prior to our arrival to verify our reservation and to ask if we had any specific requirements. We were very warmly greeted by David on day of check in and shown to our room. Our room was beautiful - immaculately presented. Very clean and spacious. Very comfy bed!! Bathroom was lovely too with nice toiletries. Excellent location, I don't think we could have got any better! Easy to park nearby despite there not being onsite parking it really was not a problem especially to say Bakewell was very busy. Really pleased would definitely stay again and recommend. We didn't eat at the H Boutique but again it all looked lovely and staff very friendly.

This is through no fault or control of the hotel but parking was a bit of a pain. Honestly though it should not detract from visiting Bakewell and this hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect for local pubs and restaurants. The hotel staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble from the cleaner, bar staff and manager. I would highly recommend this place

Gorgeous light rooms. Beautiful bathrooms. David very welcoming and provided lots of help with where to park, where to eat etc. Nice breakfast available downstairs at additional (but reasonable) cost.

Only very minor gripe would be, like all hotels with air conditioning, the noise at night time if you want the room heated is annoying.

Amazing location and Dave was lovely, called us early to say the room was ready and gave us an upgrade. Suite was amazing with great double aspect views of the village.

The receptionist. If she could have been there for checkout that would have been great. If only to ask if we could check out after our breakfast arrived. However, when we checked in the receptionist was just about polite. Slightly more enthusiasm would be great.

Breakfast was average and took a while to be served. It arrived at 9.50 with check out at 10 am.

For the price you are paying there should be more than a bottle of water in the mini bar and also some shower gel included

The property was excellent, lovely big bed with small lounge area TV and coffee machine. Lovely bathroom. Very clean. Staff friendly and always happy to help and chat. Breakfast was good too.
