Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe price was inflated as it was the London marathon weekend, I wouldn’t have paid that much for that particular hotel normally. The cot I requested wasn’t in the room when we arrived, even though I had called to confirm it. They quickly got the cot set up but gave a towel as a pillow? That’s really dangerous but luckily I asked for proper bedding which they brought straight away.
Great location, really friendly and helpful staff. They couldn’t have done more.

United StatesThe shower was good, but do not like the 50% glass and 50% open. I would prefer more glass to have more room to shower. Only two drawers for clothes The TV was small and not a lot of channels.
The breakfast was good and many selections. The room was modern and clean The walk to Waterloo station or across the Thames to the main tourist attractions was very close. The safe in the draw was very handful.

United KingdomSome of the staff were unpleasant.I returned our empty glasses to the bar counter as a sign courtesy and although the bartender saw me he never said a word totally ignored me not a thank you and the same thing happened later on when my wife did the same.The breakfast was average, the sausages and the parmentier potatoes were overcooked and lukewarm although the bacon and scrambled eggs were very good.
Location was perfect.Nice Hotel very clean and our room was big and had a city view but was very quiet just what we wanted.Some of the staff were excellent.

MaltaSlow and oftentimes crowded elevators, one out of order during our stay. The room was missing a toilet brush and a fridge.
Great location in central London, only a short walk from Waterloo station. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Personnel was nice and accomodating. Breakfast was good, not a great variety of options but overall tasty. Recommend coming for breakfast before 8am to beat the queue. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider coming back

United KingdomHot breakfast could have been better quality. Fresh juice rather than concentrate, sourdough bread would have been nice, and a wider variety of continental style breakfast options.
Breakfast had good variety- even gluten free option which is often rare nowadays. Room was quiet and clean. Location was excellent for our needs. The hotel staff were truly brilliant couldn't have been more helpful and kind. They are a credit to the establishment.
