Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location, very attentive staff - man at the reception very nice and polite. Even sent a quick text message to make sure everything is OK with the room. Room tidy with everything that's needed. We were leaving early so couldn't use the free breakfast but they made us lovely back lunch with good quality pastries and fruits

RomaniaIt's my second time here. It is extremely clean, I mean I have never seen so white towels and bedsheets in a hotel so far. The staff is great, breakfast very good. Free parking, good wifi. The position of the hotel is not great, it is far from city centre and any shops. If you are not traveling by car, this is a minus. Also, none of the windows of the hotel rooms can be opened at all, not even cracked open. If you have any slight issues with claustrophobia, this may not be the place for you.
