Mike the host was so accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding we couldn't find fault. Don't let it being near Bournemouth Airport it is a tranquil place.

For an overnight visit as I was catching a plane tge following morning it was perfect

This was a complete surprise to me. The B&B was very close to the airport and the owner was extremely helpful. The room had everything you could ask for except a TV. There was a TV in the communal lounge.

The room we stayed in was so tastefully decorated in calm colours that completely relaxed us and the double bed was so big and comfortable that we slept like babies.The host was so charming and attentive without being overbearing.Also he can cook an excellent breakfast with fresh coffee and fruit bowl also optional cereals.We would definitely book again as the location is brilliant for hotspots like Mudeford Quay and the New Forest and the beach.The perfect place for relaxation surrounded by nature.

The host Mike couldn’t do enough for us. You really feel like it is a home from home. Highly recommended. The breakfast was very fresh, locally sourced, beautifully cooked. What a wonderful place to stay.

Very friendly and helpful owner made staying for easy access to the airport a breeze. Beautiful house with large tastefully decorated room. Warm welcome and great communication with owner. Arranged to look after our car while we were away at a very reasonable cost.

This is only the tiniest of comments. The smallest thing I would do Mike is to put some hooks or towel ring on the wall between the shower and sink in room 3, (the room we were in) this would be useful when using the sink and/or shower. Only really thought of this as I've recently redone my bathroom and had to think of these things!!!

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely countryside location despite being less than a mile from Bournemouth airport. The dining room is made available for enjoying an evening takeaway, fires will be made up and lit upon request, nothing appeared too much trouble for Mike, owner and host, a lovely, genuine and helpful guy. The full English breakfast was excellent and you could also help yourself from the cereals and fruits for no extra. It was nice not having a TV in the bedroom, there was one in the lounge if you felt the need, along with some games. Although I only stayed a night, waiting to pick my girlfriend up at 01.00 am, it was a great experience. My girlfriend loved it after her flight and really enjoyed the breakfast after 7 days away from Ol' Blighty! We will be staying here again when visiting Bournemouth, way more personal and comfy than a cheap 'chain' hotel. Thank you again Mike for your hospitality, a lot of hotels could learn a lot from you about customer satisfaction.

Beautiful 16th Century property. Host very helpful, arrived earlier than expected and welcomed us in, offered hot drinks but we said we had bought some fizz to drink whilst getting ready to go to a wedding nearby, came up to our rooms with champagne glasses for us. Everything you need was available (iron, hairdryer, extra blanket, fan, lots of towels, tea/coffee facilities with fresh milk in a flask not horid UTH cartons) Rooms were bright and large with views of the countryside. Breakfast were cooked to order, all fresh with a selection of fresh fruit and locally made muesli, all types of other cereal. Very close to airport and our wedding venue .
