Slight issue with the door when we arrived and during our stay, we had to lift it to get it open and closed but we made the staff aware of this during check out. We also had no access to WiFi which i thought was provided but it wasn't the end of the world. We had a table on the balcony but no chairs, which would have been a nice touch especially with the weather being so lovely during our stay.

Beautiful modern caravan, absolutely stunning place with lovely furniture and good facilities especially the shower. The beds were very comfy for all of us and had some great night sleeps, bedrooms were spacious enough and we had everything we needed included in the rooms such as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen was lovely and was also provided with everything you need for your stay, pots, pan, cutlery, cups, glasses, plates and utensils. The location was perfect, close to fantasy island and all the shops and a very short walk to the beach. Lovely to see rabbits and ducks in the morning and evenings around the caravan. Great value for money and would definitely recommend and return here. We look forward to booking here again sometime this year with the family.

Bedrooms not very roomy not much room to walk around But didn’t spend to much time in there

We had a fantastic 4 night's at ingoldale holiday site, we stayed in caravan #103 very private tucked away behind the 3 apartments, very peaceful, the caravan is very well equipped, even better that the bedrooms were at opposite ends of the caravan, main bedroom with ensuit and another shower room by the 2nd bedroom ideal when you have 2 teens stopping with you, kitchen, dining area and sitting area were all well sized as well as a good quality tv 📺, when we arrived the heating had been left on for us so that was another nice touch. When we arrived on site we were greeted by a very helpful lady on the reception, we were able to use the indoor swimming pool which you have to book 24 hrs in advance at the adjoining coastfields site it's great for kids and and adults especially with the giant jacuzzi, plenty going on at both club houses, bingo, kids disco and live entertainment as well as live sport, great location to Ingoldmells only a few minutes drive into town can also walk there too, all in all could not fault it 1 bit, thank you to everyone that made our stay so memorable, and 1 last thing the weather behaved itself all 4 days 😀

There wasn’t a hoover, we had a very wet and muddy weekend so it was hard to keep on top of tidiness. I was able to sweep and mop. There wasn’t much space for the travel cot, we really had to squeeze, my boy is 4 months old so he still has to be in the room with us.

Loved the warmth of the caravan, not what we are used to to for an October holiday. Beautiful caravan with a very cosy feel to it. Everything was very clean upon arrival!

There wasn't anything that was bad about this caravan it was amazing

The caravan was so clean we couldn't believe it there was everything you needed from utensils to an iron, very value for money and situated just in the right location I will be booking again if I could have the same caravan

Could of done with a warmer quilt on bed to thin no sharp knife had to be one irionwire showing and iron all burnt but sorted that at reception
