The carpark was very tight to manoeuvre in. Slightly awkward to enter from the direction we approached and extremely narrow.

Perfect for our needs. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Bed was s but firm for my liking.

The bed was so comfortable and nice low pillows not the massive pillows you seem to get in hotels nowadays. I also liked the location.

Tiny bathroom with lavatory on top of toilet flush. Not easy to brush teeth, wash hands etc… No breakfast available, possibility to order a box (5£) but we preferred the option to go to the town center to have a proper breakfast.

Good location with a view. 10 mins on foot to the center of Oban. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Room cold and noisy from traffic need proper double glazing no staff about to refresh room ect bit strange not to be greeted by any staff only seen 1 person for 5 mins in our 4 night stay

No staff on site, problem with door a few times. Bar was closed, but this was due to staffing issues. Bed was too hard for me and heating would only go up so far, weather turned really cold while in Oban.

Good hotel, clean spacious room with fantastic views. Plenty of tea coffee etc...nice big shower.

Loved our stay here. The generous size of the room was very welcome as was the alcove with seats looking out the window towards the harbour. It's an easy ten minute walk to the town centre.

One room had water damage, plywood on the ceiling and a hole in the baseboard that was stuffed with Kleenex. Rarely was anyone at the front desk. There was supposed to be a small bar open each night until 10:00pm, the first night we were back about 9:00, and it was closed. I did reach out to the hotel directly to request a reduction of the price of the damaged room, and was told I should have requested a room change while there. They were aware of the damage and still charged us full price, saying we had the best rooms in the hotel.

The beds were too hard for us as we like a softer mattress. I would like all hotels to put more hanging hooks in their bathrooms and 1 or 2 in the rooms wood be very useful.

Breakfast was not available but breakfast boxes were offered. The lady on reception was so very welcoming and was a really lovely lady and very helpful. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful.

The location is very good and within walking distance of Oban town centre. The room was spacious with additional space to sit and relax

The room was renovated, except for the bathroom, which looked like it was 50 years old, with small mould spots/mosquitos.

Breakfast option was good, staff were friendly. The bed was clean and cozy. The room was renovated.

Toilet rolls and tea bags and coffee weren't replenished, which would have been nice.

Room had nice sea view, which we liked. Room was of a good size. Fan in bathroom didn't appear to work, hence bathroom steamed up. Bed was comfy.

The bedroom itself was compact but fine, but the en-suite was very small with a tiny sink located on the back of the toilet. Difficult to turn on tap as it was jammed against the wall and one had to lean over the toilet to wash hands. Not good. The shower was ok.

The location is good with nice view over harbour from lounge and bedroom no 2. A short walk to town.

No breakfast available (except breakfast-box if pre-ordered), but we knew this before booking, and plenty of eating places in Oban, so not a problem.

Lovely big suite. Appeared to have been recently refurbished. Very comfortable. Easy walking distance to centre of Oban.

The hotel has a nice bar/ lounge area, which would be nice to have some food options for even light meals perhaps. Earliest breakfast is 8 am , which although did not bother us, is quite useless when you are catching a 7 am ferry.

Location was edge of town, with a 5 minute drive to the island ferry. Staff were nice and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite large with separate sitting area, and we felt quite comfortable.
