Good location with a view. 10 mins on foot to the center of Oban. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

United StatesOne room had water damage, plywood on the ceiling and a hole in the baseboard that was stuffed with Kleenex. Rarely was anyone at the front desk. There was supposed to be a small bar open each night until 10:00pm, the first night we were back about 9:00, and it was closed. I did reach out to the hotel directly to request a reduction of the price of the damaged room, and was told I should have requested a room change while there. They were aware of the damage and still charged us full price, saying we had the best rooms in the hotel.

Breakfast was not available but breakfast boxes were offered. The lady on reception was so very welcoming and was a really lovely lady and very helpful. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful.

IrelandThe bedroom itself was compact but fine, but the en-suite was very small with a tiny sink located on the back of the toilet. Difficult to turn on tap as it was jammed against the wall and one had to lean over the toilet to wash hands. Not good. The shower was ok.
The location is good with nice view over harbour from lounge and bedroom no 2. A short walk to town.

AustraliaThe hotel has a nice bar/ lounge area, which would be nice to have some food options for even light meals perhaps. Earliest breakfast is 8 am , which although did not bother us, is quite useless when you are catching a 7 am ferry.
Location was edge of town, with a 5 minute drive to the island ferry. Staff were nice and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite large with separate sitting area, and we felt quite comfortable.
