Car parking can be an issue, if you're lucky enough you can park nearby at extra costs otherwise you could find yourself walking a fair distance.

Leisurely walks on the promenade and the pier. Night out on Saturday night to the restaurant and pubs. To be honest I was pleasantly surprised with the Grand Hotel. For £69 we had a room with sea view and balcony. Everything was in working order, the room was clean, the staff was very nice.

Clean basic room, plug socket under tv was not screwed in properly, couldn't turn off the bathroom light, shower wouldn't drain quick enough whilst in it so had to turn off for a few minutes then start again. Good food, great staff clean enough not to notice. Parking was great, view even better.

Decor very dated indeed but other than sleeping didn't spend lots of time in the room. We had an internal facing room which was very warm, and couldn't open the window.

Fantastic location on the headland. Big room with comfortable bed. Paid a very low price so exceptional value for the money. Evening entertainment was good too.

The first room we were put in had no heating and it was just absolutely freezing cold.

Dinners we're adequate but probably in line with costs and prices. Plenty of it - didn't go hungry. Windows needed cleaning to improve the view and ambience.

Seaview was wonderful. Breakfast was very filling Very clean. Staff were polite smiley and helpful. Bedding was crisp.

The windows inside and out could do with a good clean. In places the decoration is looking tired but it is an old hotel with lots of character.

The single room was a decent size with plenty of drawers and 3 hangers. The room was warm they provided an extra heater but I did not need to use it. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The ensuite bathroom had a bath with shower above. The shower worked well with lots of hot water. I slept well the bed was comfortable. A large communal Bar area and quiet room both comfortably furnished gave plenty of space to sit and entertainment in the evening could be enjoyed. The food is buffet style help yourself. Choices are limited but they was plenty to eat. Great location right on the pier and only a short walk into the centre of Llandudno.

We decided to have the all you can eat buffet It was nothing like what was advertised on the poster Absolutely terrible. 2 main choices of meat 2 vegetables and 2 potato choices and tasteless Not a buffet for £15. we felt we'd been miss informed to be polite Definitely won't be eating here again

It has some tired areas, our bathroom was shabby. The food for a vegetarian is poor, sadly. I want to say all good throngs about this hotel and I want to support it but it does need money spending on it, it should be the best hotel in Llandudno

The only think I didn't like was the noise level, which is completely understandable given the fact of the buildings architecture and structure with floorboards. Apart from that, this hotel is a steal of a price for less than £260 for a single person for 7 nights stay.

The room was very spacious for single person stay. The bed was lovely and comfy, nice fresh bedding. Decent tog duvet to keep you warm on the colder nights. Room included a heater, plenty of storage, bath and shower, all the things you'd expect from a standard room stay here. Food is great amazingly and so is the bar, the drinks aren't as overpriced as you'd expect.

Our room was cold as only one radiator was working and a terrible draft was coming threw the window,because we couldn’t draw the curtains as they were hanging off part of the curtain rail and was to high up to try and fix them.

On arrival we were offers a room on the third floor the doors to the veranda outside would not close .. they then changed us to 3 rd floor room a bit dated .. we paid for sea view We didn’t have breakfast due to times We did have evening meal Saturday night very disappointed… they said it was a carvery …it was dry irk chops half a fish.. we didn’t complain as my partner would not let me …
