The air con did not cool the room down sufficiently and it was hot in the night.

only the breakfast if you are vegetarian, otherwise the food was okay , as we did not have any other meals there mostly travelling we had our other meals outside

The stay was good, the rooms were good, the location was good for nearby underground metro taxi & bus services,the breakfast was okay, but as for Indian food it was zero, and also nearby Indian restaurants were not there

We were given a free upgrade to an executive room and it was stylish and super comfortable. Lots of room, extremely comfortable beds and a great bathroom. We would happily stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it for a London trip

We took tickets for the bus hop on hop off from the hotel. But the man who sold the tickets was not well informed about and the next day we were surprised with the fact that the hop on hop off company canceled the route we wanted to follow. We did not use the tickets that were already paid.

The staff makes the difference. The first receptionist was very welcoming helpful. The location was quite far from center.

The hotel is great for the price. The staff is friendly, especially thanks to Alex. It was disappointing that the pool turned out to be public, located in a separate building, so we didn’t end up going.

Breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast staff started to clear away the buffet before the official end of breakfast meaning that our breakfast felt rushed. They had switched off the heat lamps early meaning our breakfast was cold!

The gym and pool were around the other side of the block and no ready information on opening times or rules. We went at 9am and told we were way too early and the pool would not be available until after 10. Disappointed with this as we booked this hotel for these faculties.

Breakfast was a little basic, and offerings the same everyday.

Very clean rooms and facility. The arrangement with the very close private gym facility was great. Short distance to two tube lines, multiple pubs, and grocery was a big plus.

The only problem we found was that our room connected with another room by a door and we could hear everything in the room next door. When they came in late we could hear them and it woke us up. Other than that a lovely clean room and lovely helpful staff.

The lift provision is woefully inadequate. Three lifts with small cabs, one out of service. We gave up after three passes with the lift full, took the stairwell which was rather tired.

The location is very good - close to Kilburn Park tube, Kilburn High Street rail and the bus routes. The welcome from staff was warm both on check in and at breakfast.

Bit hot in the room, couldn’t open the window. Intercom wasn’t working which affected ease of entry and leaving car park. Couldn’t use the stairs as there was a code on the door instead of being able to use the key card.

Breakfast very good, coffee was excellent.spacious comfortable room. Staff very friendly. Loved the swimming pool and very convenient being able to park on site.

Good location, with halal restaurants near by. Very clean and spacious with great customer service Went to celebrate my daughters birthday and the hotel made it extra special with balloon, cake and a card - she felt very special - thank you
