Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe receptionist didn't make it clear that the airport shuttle needed to be booked when we checked in, so we ended up feeling stressed and having to take a taxi to the airport in the morning. The bathtub was chipped, peeling. There was a strong smell of marijuana when we exited the elevator on our floor.
Room was clean and comfortable. Waitress was kind and efficient. Meal was excellent.

ThailandI couldn’t turn shower off!! Took 10 minutes for someone to answer phone so I could get it sorted! And the heated towel rail in bathroom didn’t work as the door had smashed the control unit on it! And £2 for small bottle of water is far too expensive…I think £1 would have been more than sufficient!
The bed was very warm & cosy…I slept really well…the breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food on offer…staff very friendly

United StatesThe music in the bar / dining area was loud and not very relaxing. There weren't many people but it was hard to hear and have a conversation because the music was so distracting. The hotel room was clean but the decor felt it could use a refresh. I found a few moths on the carpet.
The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The curry we had for dinner was exceptional. I had eaten in the hotel restaurant before and would highly recommend ordering something from the special curry menu. Room was clean and quiet.

The foyer area was newly renovated. Staff were very polite and helpful. We had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast was good. It was close to our terminal so a reasonable uber fare.

United StatesThe hotel is dated which is not a problem for us, but others might notice. Though it was clean. We did also pick the hotel because it had air conditioning, but when we arrived that was controlled by the hotel and we could not turn it on in our room. So maybe the description about the hotel could make that clear? I try to book online on hotel websites, but Booking.com offered a free breakfast and the hotel website did not. When we arrived the hotel actually had a free breakfast for everyone anyway. But Booking.com gets my reservation! That's never a bad thing.
We picked the location based on walking to/from Avis car rental. The price was a great value and our room was clean. It was fun to stay in a round hotel. We were on the side of the building that faced away from the airport so it was very quite. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices for everyone. Not just a full English. I would stay again.
