Everything was perfect

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was so beautiful, with glass walls and extremely clean. The receptionist, was a Romanian guy, extremely welcoming, helpful and professional. We loved the jacuzzi, swimming pool and the steam room. The sofa from swimming pool was extremely comfortable we nearly called asleep.

Room was nice however the shower in our room was not fully clean. I had to re clean my self which is ideal given the price and hotel rating. Spa changing room facilities (female) was very untidy!

Hand on heart this was one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The buildings interior is so nice and the customer service was elite. I booked a stay to do a girlfriend proposal and Anista & Coco from the guest experience team did everything they could to make the experience so special and unforgettable. I was given so much assistance and support even from before I got to the hotel being sent offers and information about personal room decoration setups, spa treatments, and cool extras like having Polaroids developed for you! We were given complementary drinks on arrival at the bar, bags were taken up for us and the functions of the room were explained to us very professionally. All the staff were very kind, personable and had a good positive energy about them. The spa was perfect it has a soothing atmosphere and has everything you need there to unwind, I’d come back even just for the spa! From beginning to end we were made to feel very important and any questions or issued we thought we had were made a priority and were solved. Again big thank you to Anista and Coco they are amazing. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends.

Only some small niggles I tried booking the spa from my partner but it wasn’t at all straightforward over e-mail but it was rectified well by staff onsite. Also photo ID was required which ai wouldn’t expect when travelling in the UK. They were also a bit funny about payment by apple pay/ phone which seems a bit outdated but the staff were always pleasant and very friendly

A bit of faff when checking in meant I had to call down and specifically ask for a new room with a king bed, which I paid for. Also no where to sit and eat food ordered from outside. We were in a rush and just needed to sit to eat, not so helpful.

If you look closely some minor repair works in the rooms is needed, The tv didn't have any channels and wasn't a smart TV so that was a little disappointing but did have HDMI and USB for external input. Drinks are a bit steep

Staff were exceptionally attentive, hotel is well presented, room was spacious and comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and greetings were offered at all times. Beautiful views from the suites on the higher floor.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and as it was for my birthday I upgraded my room. I was upgraded to a corner room which although was lovely, was quite small compared to the room I had the last time I stayed. I’m only going off of what I had previously without an upgrade so an upgrade wouldn’t always be necessary

The hotel is lovely with amazing facilities available including a 24hr gym. Great location for evening nightlife and restaurants. Walking distance from train station. Staff were very attentive from the moment I arrived right until the end of my stay. As I was celebrating my birthday, I had a nice birthday set up by the hotel with complimentary snacks and juice and an introduction with one of the managers who also gifted me a bottle of rosé free of charge which made it that little more special. The restaurant and bar are also a really good place to hang out if you don’t want to leave the hotel at all. The spa was included with various treatment rooms to cater to everyone’s preference.

If I was to pick at one thing, the gym facilities are pretty poor, very outdated and no variety in equipment.

Room was quite hot due to the big windows and didn’t have a manual fan. Staff were very accommodating though and resolved the issue.
