Address was unknown to Uber or Taxi drivers. The front of the building was covered in scaffolding and no discernible markings to identify the property. Better to use 58 Commercial Road address than the Marlin Aldgate Tower address. That was quite frustrating.

Clean and well appointed apartment. Location was convenient to Tower Bridge and Burrough Market, which was a pleasure.

The couches were very uncomfortable. May have been good as sofa beds but not for sitting on. The light switch at the bottom level of the stairs(we had a 2 level apartment) turned the lights on & off in the bedrooms as well as the one for the stairs. If anyone turned the lights on for the stairs during the night, the bedroom lights went on as well. Did report this to reception, one of the staff came and checked it & said it would be looked at. Wasn’t fixed while we were there. All pillows were too thick & a top sheet on the bed would have been good.

Was good to have 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with the extra bathroom upstairs.

Very convenient space for a family of six, with an amazing view and everything you need for a comfortable four night stay. It’s close to Aldgate Station, with a few grocery options nearby, and within walking distance to Brick Lane and Spitalfields Markets

the fan was broken and when i called for someone to come and fix it or provide a new one they never brought one up. there was a bit of construction going on but it was manageable.

the views were really beautiful and the apartment was really spacious for two people. everything was clean. would definitely go again.

It’s in a great location for the tube and also for watching at Mile 12-13 of London Marathon.

Staff were great. Place was clean & kitchen well equipped. Bed & sofa bed mattress & pillows were very uncomfortable. Windows appeared to be double glazed but you could hear every single noise outside, sirens & cars all through the night, like the window was open but it wasn't. Internal noise no issue. No instructions for the heating but we worked it out eventually. Was expecting more for the price having stayed in many places within the area.

The construction work obstructed the purpose of the penthouse !. Water pressure was so poor, even though wr had two bathrooms we were not able to use it to the fullest !

The property was apt for sightseeing and was very comfortable. The staffs were friendly and it was well maintained.

Rooms are very small. After laying the sofa bed in the living room there was no space to move around and use the dining table.
