Room was much smaller than I expected. Net curtain was dirty, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, however the rest of the room was fine.

Imani on reception was excellent! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she endeavoured at all times to ensure I was happy. Breakfast staff namely Fely, were great!

The cooked breakfast was cold, despite the restaurant only being open for five minutes when I went in. That was disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised to find I had a double bed in my single room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean & tidy. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom/toilet.

Having to pay an additional £12 to park in the hotel car park, rooms are very basic, no iron or ironing board in the room.

Very friendly staff on reception, hotel and rooms were clean and tidy.

Needs a little bit of love holes in wall by door. The pole area was clean and tidy but again could do with a smarten up as damage to walls and ceiling in places.

The types of Facilities were great. Hotel was was a little tired and needs a bit of love but was clean tidy and pleasant.

We were expecting a sofa in the room / slightly bigger room due to the pictures online when we paid for the (I think it was called, could be wrong) ‘queen room’ but it was nice nevertheless. Also we were looking forward to the pool to be told on arrival it won’t be open for whatever reason and will be open tomorrow, for it then to be shut again. But these things happen.

We did like the location - it was a walk to more of the centre and it’s up and down hills, but we did enjoy it. Walking allows you to see and experience more. The lady checking us in was nice and professional, also the room was great. Convenient pub grub across the road too. Lots of parking.

The bed was uncomfortable, due to a big dip one side, caused back aches, also the room is tiny. Breakfast was cold on both mornings.

Nice bar, with nice chilled lounge, staff was pleasant, sauna,steam room and gym were good.

Breakfast did let the place down with not enough choice on offer.

Clean and comfortable room. The bed was really nice and we had a lovely sleep. Staff were very polite and friendly.

The room was a little small.

Location is very good. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The lounge and restaurant area is excellent. Our room was very clean.

It can work out fairly expensive having to add an additional charge to park at the hotel. Classic double rooms are quite small with limited storage space.

Great location with easy access to Nottingham City Centre. Plenty of parking spaces which unfortunately you do need to pay an additional fee for. Room was fairly basic but clean with all the amenities we needed.

Kept hitting my leg on the corner of the bed getting around the bedroom ! Not very spacious as where the tv is placed leaves a tight squeeze ! Coffee machine wasn’t working at breakfast and there was limited food options !

Old sticky coffee stain on bedside table and stain on carpet near bed.

Bed was comfortable and room modern. Husbands cooked breakfast nice. Evening bar/ dinner staff were great especially AJ and Viola, fantastic cocktails and friendly team.

Noisy neighbour. Swearing was very loud until half ten- quarter to eleven. Did not realise I had to pay for parking. Prefer a firmer mattress, thought the mattress was to soft

I like to have an English style breakfast, but I do like my eggs to be cooked 'all the way through' - and there was no option to request this as it was buffet self-serve arrangement.

Easy to find and easy to park. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was of a good standard. Very pleasant barman in the evening who made excellent cocktails.
