Well, this could be my issue when booking but the room size was exceptionally small. We had no room to move as the bed took up most of the space but hey we made it work 😊

The staff made this property well worth staying at. Nothing better than feeling welcome and acknowledged when you walk in. They offered suggestions on things, had a chat with us and really went out of their way to give great service.

Good Location. Tube station is just across the the hotel. The staff are friendly and quick to respond. The room was cleaned every day as I stayed for 5 nights. I felt quite satisfied.

Excellent location.A 4min walk to tube station & just a little further to lovely coffee shops & Tesco Express. Bus stops just around the corner or a 10 min walk to Natural history museum. Staff were great & check was very smooth.

Our shared bathroom was also used by other people - we were under the impression it was only our 2 rooms using it.

Very convenient for Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens, Science Museum, Natural History Museum and V&A. Able to get an economy room for a good price. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast with excellent restaurant staff.

There was one person I asked if I could get a heater in the room, and he brushed off my need for it and also told me to put the ac on the lowest. I also told him the room phone was not working, and he did not send anyone to fix the next day, so I had to walk to the lobby if I needed assistance with anything. That was my only peeve. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. I paid for the english breakfast, thinking it was buffet only to realize it's just one single serving. It also took very long to come out. The normal buffet was available but limited. I ended up eating that because the english was taking so long. My daughter barely touched hers. I wouldn't get breakfast again in the future.

The location Front staff, for the most part, we're extremely helpful and pleasant. I'm sorry I did not get the names of the two guya who helped often.

Nothing really, mixture of little dated with new style decor and digital door entry. Done a good job with a very old building. Not really a dislike as such.

Adjoining Indian restaurant giving you 15% discount as you're staying at the hotel. Very close to station and 10min walk to royal albert hall.Light room, comfy bed.

We were just about to leave the room 5 minutes before check out when someone came knocking, asking when we were going to leave; felt a bit rushed out of the hotel. The room was on the underground floor, and there was a strong smell in the hallway, but the room smelled nice

I was given an upgrade from a single to a double room. However, whilst the extra space of a double room was appreciated, overall I was disappointed with the room. The room decor is dated and very tired, which in itself isn’t a huge issue for me as long as the room is clean. However, the tiny bathroom was very dated, with cracked tiles and worn fixtures. It was quite grubby in parts,especially the shower cubicle. The sealant in the shower was dirty and looked unpleasant and there was even a dreaded hair lurking in there. The shower itself also had poor water pressure, not ideal when I had a long onward journey to look forward to. My view from the window wasn’t great, overlooking the rear of the hotel, with extractor fans and the like. For one night’s stay it was ok,but if I was staying for longer I definitely would’ve requested a room change due to the bathroom.

Great location, perfect for a visit to the Royal Albert Hall. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception area decor was clean, tidy and welcoming. The attached restaurant looked very nice but unfortunately I wasn’t staying long enough to try it out. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy and I had a good nights sleep.

The room was very dated although the bed was fine which was the most important element.The bathroom had a lot of poor looking repairs to cracks with silicone or caulk which were unsightly to view.The sink waste pipe had a large unsightly silicone clump for a repair which was not what you expect to see.
