What a fabulous little gem of a hotel! It's only got a few rooms, but the one we had was very good size, newly painted and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect like in a very good cafe! And the location is great just a hats throw from the high street.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now and love it. The rooms are beautifully furnished, it’s the perfect location and everyone is super friendly. The breakfast is awesome too.

Lovely room. Very nicely decorated with a lovely en-suite with claw foot bath. Very nicely decorated breakfast. Friendly service and a good full English.

Being an old building with single glazed windows, it was cold. Even with the radiators on.

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was really good.

When we were there, there was a bit of a storm and unfortunately the single glass sash windows were rattling very loudly all through the night. They also gave little protection from noises in the street. I assume you would want to opt for a more quiet room in the back, especially during the summer months.

The hotel was wel decorated, money was spent on a decent renovation. The room ,as spacious and the bed was very nice. Ceanliness very good, just like the breakfast.

Nice room, comfortable bed and quality bed linen. Super large shower! Excellent breakfast and wonderful central location in the beautiful old town. We will be back, thank you ☺️

Stunning property, beautifully done whilst sympathetic to the building. Staff were lovely, breakfast great and the location was perfect. No parking, but so close to public parking that it's not an issue at all. Incredibly clean and despite being central it was remarkably quiet - definitely be back.

Charming property slap bang in the middle of Hastings Old Town. The bed was incredibly comfy, the room was light and spacious with views out towards the funicular railway, and the cooked breakfast was top notch.

The step stairs. The fact our stay was only 3 nights.

Our room was lovely and as we arrived later than reception was managed we went to Porters to collect key. Staff there were outstanding as well.

The only downside this time was that the room was very hot and we couldn't open the sash window as it was broken 😔 There was a fan supplied but it would still have been better to get some fresh air 😀

This is the second time we have stayed at Moore House, and we stayed in the same room overlooking the High Street. We love this room and would book it again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, as soon as we walked in we felt so comfortable and welcomed. The staff were all so lovely and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Our room was perfect, delicious breakfast and brilliant location. Couldn’t fault the place or the staff at all and we can’t wait to stay again!

Location was excellent and having the downstairs room worked well for us as we had quite a bit of gear with us because of being part of the Hastings Jack in the Green festival.

just an issue with the faucet in the room making weird noises. We reported it to them. Hope it's fixed when we go back for another visit as we'll definitely stay there again 😊
