We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomGlad we ignored previous reviews. Hotel was in great location and we had a clean, quiet place to sleep. Coffee and tea available in dining room rather than bedrooms, but more environmentally friendly than a kettle and plastic UHT milk pots in each room. Very close to local amenities, highly recommend Sunday Jazz at Le Troubadour for music and supper!

United KingdomWe stayed in room 604 and were all awoken at 3am by a very loud gurgling radiator which didn't stop until 5am. I didn't contact reception as I didn't really want people in the room that time of night but would have if we stayed longer than 1 night. The room was very hot being at the top but couldn't open the window as it's very loud outside with mopeds which seem to gather below, this is not the Hotels fault and just unfortunate. There is a fridge in the room but unfortunately no kettle.
This Hotel is in a good location, lovely big room, staff were friendly, food was good and definitely worth the price if only staying a few nights.

Hong KongIf hotel can consider upgrade some of the facilities that would be ever better , for example : having kettles in the rooms . My bathroom was running tap water if hotel can fix it that will be lot better as the running can also cost them higher water bills . Same goes to the fridge as I notice their last check up was in 2018 which eco-friendly wasn’t that popular yet , if the hotel can upgrade this it can also save their electricity bills too!
The location is just perfect , you only need 1 minute walking distance to Earl’s Court and there are lots of pubs, cafes , kiosks and shops downstairs .

AustraliaThe bed was not comfortable, squeaky bed with thin lumpy mattress. Tub shower, with no rubber mat provided to prevent slipping. Also nothing to hold onto when climbing in and out of the tub. We had a balcony, but a sign advised it was not to be used for safety reasons. The railing only went up to just above the knees. From an occupational health and safety perspective, this room did not meet required standards.
The location was perfect, close to tube, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast as well as other meals were okay. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided
