Cleanliness of room very dusty on TV headboard on bed sockets no mirror in bedroom for applying makeup and floor dirty behind in bathroom room service came along at 5pm. Hoover keft on landing between floors. TRIP HAZARD

Car parking can be a bit problematic but staff did try to accommodate me, so worked out good in the end. Be nicer not to have to pay extra for parking.

A 10 minute walk from town centre and nice big lounge areas and dinning area open plan with good use of space. Light and welcoming. Staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Communal areas really dirty (carpets) and the taste of decor throughout is not really in keeping with the refurbished rooms. Could be great through with attention to detail and a redecoration to the hallways.

Fantastic location and lovely welcoming staff! The property has clearly been recently refurbished and the photos look great.

Cleaner didn't empty our bin second day wich was full but was done nxt day ayo not the end of the world but balcony had alot of poo wich I think should of been done with room clean and could benefit from a fridge

Hotel textiles could do with a clean: cream carpets and cream chairs were stained Breakfast: Lovely service from waitress, but food was processed: eg: OJ from a carton, couldnt drink it. Fresh food would be a plus.

The hotel is very dated, with carpet that definitely needs replacing and some very weird decorating choices. A small fridge in the room would have been very helpful. The door to the balcony was not quite sealed properly, so on an evening where there was lots of rain and wind (I’m assuming that happens fairly regularly in Newquay), lots of rain came in through the gap at the top, soaking the carpet.

The view from our balcony room was lovely - right out over the sea. The bed was firm and comfortable, the room was quite big, and there were nice big towels. The room was quite clean, and the bar heater provided did a good job of warming it up on the cold nights.

We were not advised that there would not be parking on site. There were road works carried out on the main road so we couldn’t use balcony on one of the days. We are not sure if room was properly cleaned as the bins were full of rubbish when we arrived

Absence of an elevator to reach top floor (i was on the first floor but had luggage).

The room was clean, good size and had all the necessary équipements (towel, kettle, tea bags milk and sugar). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was just across the road, beautiful views. Train station was 3 minutes away on foot. Restaurants and supermarkets were a minute away. Taxis, bus station.....perfect hotel.
