Pool area could be more fun e.g a slide for kids or provide floats/balls ect to play with. A shame the outdoor pool and venue area were seasonal but understandable.

Caravan was very clean. Campsite was quite (we went for a long weekend, not a bank holiday and out of school term time) can imagine it being busy in summer holidays Indoor pool was lovely and warm to be able to take a baby (4months old). I would recommend the site and I would go back. Value for money was really good. I paid £181 for three nights 2x adults and 2 children. Caravan was very steady and didn’t hear seagulls or get woken up by any noise.

Position of caravan … placed in the middle of many others with no parking close by so had to make numerous trips over wet grass to unload car. No net curtains or blinds so line a gold fish bowl as regards privacy. If we pulled curtains it was like being in a cave.

It's perhaps not the most scenic setting - but it was all I wanted in terms of a base.

Caravan and contents excellent. Very clean and modern. I was on a short stay for a family do in Newquay, so it was a convenient base. I was fortunate to be close to the entrance end of the site, close to the shop, close to the pool, and close to convenient parking - but still in a quiet location (although not staying at the busiest time).

We loved the caravan as husband is disabled and it had a wet room and a very large bedroom for a caravan. My family live near by and we enjoyed the pool.

When I got to the van there was dog dirt on the living room floor and in the twin room but reported it and was sorted straight away.... Parking was a bit of a nightmare

Lovely and comfortable, clean and well equipped. Only problem was an odour of cat spray in the double bedroom. We got this on discount for a few days and it's a beautiful caravan with its own parking spot and stream next to it.

the TV in the caravan i was in was not a smart TV where as the one in my mates caravan who had also booked a luxury caravan was a smart TV. however a smart TV was not guaranteed when I booked so I can't really complain.

the luxury caravan I was in was great very clean and very nice and had a great view from the decking around the caravan of the fields that surround the site. I also by pure luck had the unexpected and added experience of seeing the northern lights over the site during my stay. this however obviously isn't guaranteed.

Receptionist lacked customer service who asked us to wait whilst dealing with another situation which we did. Then proceeded to serve another person who had arrived after us making us wait further. Our holiday was for two weeks but no offer of clean sheets for week two. No ironing board or airer.

It was a lovely peaceful location. Bar and entertainment staff lovely and welcoming.

It was supposed to be wheelchair friendly, there was a gap of about 4 inches between the ramp and the floor, and a block of wood under the van to use, but we didn't as my husband has a bad back and it was just too hard to get it out. The bathroom wasn't fully wheelchair accessible so we made do, and had to buy more towels and use a walking frame for bars. No phone reception or wifi in the valley.

The location was in a valley with sheep grazing on a nearby hill, it was quite picturesque. Beautiful towns and beaches nearby. Good location to see places within a few hours away.

Hot tub would have just taken it up a notch.. but wouldn't have changed anything really. The food at dha restaurant could have had a bit more variety, just lots of fried food really, but was fine for what it is.

Very close to all of the good family attractions. Accommodation was very clean, had everything you'd expect, lots of storage, good entertainment, great staff, good facilities.
