Well located for travellers. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good and staff are excellent. Plenty of free parking and right next to petrol station and fast charge for EV.

The bedroom AC didn't work well and was making a proper racket when turned on even at low speed. When I reported the reception just shrugged shoulders.

One of the better holiday inns. Staff were all postive. Easy parking. Rooms clean.

Everything was good, what you would expect from a hotel for the price. Easy access , onsite parking, clean room, comfortable bed and a shower with decent water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was also very good.

The room was fine. Breakfast on the first morning was good. Second morning they had a coach tour in and everything was in short supply, had to constantly ask staff to get things which should have been topped up automatically.

I was on the ground floor- room 6 & the floorboards in the room above were dreadful. I recorded the noise they made.

Rooms were spacious. I have disabilities & having a seating shelf in shower was a bonus.

A problem with the lift meant we could not leave for a couple of hours after our planned checkout. There was no other way for my daughter to get downstairs except using an evac chair which would have aggravated her chronic pain. Obviously in an emergency situation this would have to be done, however I was surprised that with only one lift disabled guests are accommodated on an upstairs floor at all. However the staff were lovely and kept us informed and looked after us- this is obviously not their fault at all.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were 100% lovely and very helpful. Convenient stay for an otherwise gruelling hospital visit made it much easier and more comfortable all round.

Had family room two adults and two children But only two coffee cups and two glasses. And the heating wasn’t working needed to use electric heater

Sofa bed wasn’t made when we arrived and shower didn’t work, my niece had to sleep in the floor as the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable.

Had problems with toilet doors handle, my daughter trapped inside the toilet, staff came middle of the night (00:05hrs) and helped her out and temporarily fixed the door handle. On my stayed time night staff very helpful and supportive, felt day staff need bit more pleasant to customers in hospitality

Nothing I didn’t like until the floor up above started to creek very loudly and woke us every hour until 4am when we guess the person left. We reported it when checking out but think if anyone had slept in that room it would have been reported already .

The breakfast on looking at it looked amazing everything you could ever want from full english/ ceareal/ fruit/ to pastries...but... The bread was next to the toaster so if you just wanted bread instead of toast, it was hard from the heat. The bacon/ black pudding was so hard it couldn't be eaten!! The coffe/tea machine when you made it tasted of just water even the staff said it could be the milk making it taste not nice! So tried making a coffee just normal with proper milk still not good! Just a few things that could be rectified it could be awesome...

Amazingly clean throughout the whole hotel all area's i thought it was a new hotel it was that clean! Beds really good, staff very helpful & knowledgeable. Would stay again great location to where we wanted to be.
