Convenient to bus stop- reasonable walk to supermarkets. Cooking facilities good standard. Washing machine a real bonus. Very comfortable room

I think most of the negative reviews are from people who stayed in the basement rooms, so perhaps avoid those. The bathroom was a bit small and basic, but otherwise no complaints!

We stayed in studio 3. The bedroom was lovely, and the kitchen and balcony were great.

The phots are a good representation of the property with excellent communication with the owner. Great location for what I wanted in a lovely part of town. I am and will definitely use again!! Clean and equipped well enough for my weeks stay.

I stayed here several times at the start of the year. The property is very well situated for north Oxford, has lovely rooms and I found the staff extremely helpful. The price of rooms is also very good which I appreciated.

Apartment and the whole stair approach is a little tired. No staff seen as all done by key box.

Described as an apartment, as it had kitchen area, but just one room with small toilet and shower area.

Very good location, close to restaurants and shops. Easy to collect keys and parking space included. Good value.

The bathroom was a little tired, and the hot water in the shower was too hot to actually shower in.

Nice room with double bed, bathroom, and good kitchen set-up. Handy to the shops, and close enough to central Oxford. The staff were super helpful, even running after us to bring things we had left behind!

Some minor issues you can live with but they can get annoying: - Distance from the city centre: if you don’t want to take the bus you have to walk more than half an hour to the city centre or the train station. - It takes forever (several minutes) till there comes warm water out of the shower or the tab. - There is no place or tray in the shower to put the shampoo and shower gel on. - Furniture isn’t ideally placed in the small space: You constantly crash cupboard doors against the bin or the lamp and you can’t properly open the fridge because the bed is in the way. - There is a constant humidity in the rooms that doesn’t go away: After a shower the whole bathroom is wet from the steam and doesn’t get try. And I washed laundry and hang it up and some of the clothes have still been wet after three days and I had to put them damp in my suitcase.

- Clean and comfortable rooms. - The kitchen as well as the room in general was well equipped with everything you could need. - The house was easy to find and I got detailed information on how to get to the keys and enter. - There is a bus stop right in front of the door. - It was quiet and peaceful, especially at night. - The bed was comfortable. - There was a big M&S Simply Food only a 7 minute walk away. - The shampoo and shower gel smelled very nice. - There are enough shelves, boards, tables and bedside tables to put stuff on.

Nice place, good transport links to the centre, quiet area with shops/pubs/restaurants nearby. Good communication with the host - with straightforward check in and out. Would recommend for a nice quiet stay.

It was really helpful to have kitchen facilities and the staff were very helpful - making sure the bins were emptied daily and letting me leave my car after checkout.

Nothing for the price

It is a simple, clean room with useful table & chairs & a little kitchen (plus en suite). Parking is a massive bonus, and the location is perfect for a nice walk into town, or a quick bus ride.

Was a bit confused about cleaning schedule - wasn't sure if daily cleaning was included etc. Sometimes room was cleaned, sometimes not (even with the please make up my room sign).
