Flat was great but no where to do hair and makeup no plug near a mirror to sit down and do hair 😔the other thing is how small the couch was lol I know there was only 2 of us but sitting right next to each other was a bit much lol apart from that it was fantastic 😍 307 room xxx

These apartments are brilliant, very clean, plenty of space and a great location. Will always stay here when in Glasgow.

Because it was right downtown, it was party central almost every night, noise from the street was very loud.

It was right at George Square and everything was within a short distance. Lots of good places to eat and supermarket a block away. Good clean facilities, including a washer/dryer.

Stayed in the penthouse and wasn’t allowed to use the balcony, received an email after booking about H&S but witnessed other rooms using the balconies, when requested key was told that short stays couldn’t use the balcony facilities, not worth booking penthouse if you can’t use all the facilities

Due to its proximity to George Square, it was hard to sleep at night with the windows open because of the street noise. Especially the seagulls who congregate on the square itself!

The apartment is centrally located to Queen St. station, with lots to do and see within walking distance.

Apartments were very quiet inside; however, construction activity going on directly below our lounge area starting at 7 am and Music from George Sq carried into our bedroom until 10 pm. The "welcome" letter when we arrived gave us the impression that there were a lot of rules to be observed, particularly with respect to energy conservation - ie. staff had the right to enter daily to read the meter. (We noticed that the towel warming racks had been disconnected, and the shower head in the ensuite bathroom was a "wand", not a full shower head). Our duvet had a hole that could have been prevented by a top sheet on the bed. Alas, there were no electrical outlets near enough to a mirror to enable me to style my hair. A simple upright mirror on a stand could have solved this.

Communication with reception was helpful as we were arriving after hours. We were very pleased with the spaciousness of the apartment and appreciated access to washing machine and cooking facilities. Proximity to public transportation was an asset.

Great location! Lovely apartments and spacious enough. We went at the begging of May and the weather was pretty decent so we didn’t need the heating on much as it was roasting in the penthouse!

The location was Brillant! The hotel is close to the train, convenience store (Tesco express) and all different restaurants offering different cuisines. It is also right next to the famous Wellington Statue with the iconic cone on its head. Unfortunately, my partner and I had an issue with our first room but the hotel did everything they could and changed rooms without hesitation. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Glasgow

Announced on arrival that our 2 bed apartment for 3 adults booked wasn't available, so had to accept 2 separate apartments which meant we congregated as a family group in one with only one comfortable sofa to relax on. The double bed in each apartment was very comfortable. Found out when we were leaving that extra pillows and towels were in a wardrobe ( we'd made do with what was on the bed and in the bathroom). Great location for our Theatre visit. However large floor to ceiling windows were very dirty which didn't give justice to the view of George Square.

Great location, right by Queens Square station. Travelled with two teenagers and plenty of room for us. Also not full of ornaments and was a little worn so didn't feel like we were walking on eggshells. No aircon but windows could be propped open, which does let a bit of city noise in, only to be expected really. Kitchen was a bit meager on equipment but fine for the basics.

The space was fabulous and kitchen well kitted out. Location is fantastic, a little walk to the car park but to be expected when city centre. Remember to ask for the discount code to pre-book parking. Beds comfortable and nice pillows :)

Safe was not working.

Location is excellent, in the city centre, The room was very warm, so nice to come back to on a cold day. Reception kept our bags till 5pm when we got the bus to the airport.
