Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomTV and sky box was a little old fashioned and difficult to use. I'm pretty techy but I gave up trying to get a TV channel. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle and decided not to bother. Make it really easy for people to use the T, please. I was tired and hungry when I arrived and didn't need the hassle of wrestling with it!

United KingdomThere was a wedding on as it was a Saturday. There was a band playing which basically felt like it was in the room. It went on until about 12.10am. If they had given us a room on the other side of our corridor it would probably have been much better. We complained to reception about 11.30pm as we felt this was reasonable but we're told that it wouldn't finish until midnight. We paid quite a lot for the room and would have expected to be able to get to sleep as we had an early start

To be told they were charged wrong by new staff !!! Also was chewing on plastic when had breakfast . Took the said plastic and was told the chef had it !! United KingdomLong walk to the room . The lift don’t go all the way to our floor, we been offered another room , but still long walk . My daughter was getting married and makeup artist was saying that not enough light in the room.
But what made me go down to breakfast is a beautiful kind helpful smiling energetic lady called Liz. She was so lovely , she made me forget the 300 miles I’m going to drive that morning ☺️👍😙
