Whole building smelled of smoke and alcohol - not very pleasant when you leave and your clothes smell!

Looked like a halfway house for crack addicts. Every hotel guest I saw looked like they had scurvy. looked rough. Also the bed looks like it was just re- made without fresh sheets added

My room was overbooked. Personel didn't consider reservations from booking. Com and rented my room. When i arrived i didn'te have room becouse somone was accomodated already. They refused to refaund my money and offered me 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, which were not suitable for my needs. I booked family room as was travelling with kids.

It is what you pay for. Very basic rooms. Bin bags dumped outside in back garden which should be cleared, and no facilities in the kitchen work correctly.

It was very cheap. The staff were brilliant and helpful throughout.

The bed was dirty, asked for new sheets and they were dirty as well. Was told 'yeah but it's better than the other ones' I paid £37 for the night so wasn't expecting much. Although cleanliness is always expected!

Unfortunately the hotel was nothing like the photos. Would not recommend, really dirty rooms Surprised environmental health hasn’t shut it down. I had to leave as I was not comfortable staying there.

Hated everything about the place, all what was advertised on the booking site was false advertising. They display themselves as a MAX 5 for hygiene it should be a minus 5 the place was in awful state smelling of heavy smoke full of dust and even the room I was places had cobbed webs with a spider living in it. Beds where hard uncomfortable

OLD HOUSE ! IT has not been renovated for 100 years! When you enter the corridor you immediately smell the stench. I felt like I was in a haunted house ! The carpets are dirty ! The rooms are not at all similar to the photos . Booking rate this barn 3 star¿¡ Maybe minus 3? This FAKE hotel requires payment in advance and not Refund . Booking com doesn't help . I didn't get no service no refund!

The price was very moderate. Great value for money. Straight and simple place to stay for a short time. It's not your usual palace but for the price it's really worth it.

The beds had bed bugs and couldn’t get to sleep booked for 2 nights for my lads but didn’t even manage a few hours had to leave also was basically a cheap brothel hotel as multiple guests just staying for 10-15 mins then more arriving as soon as one left. Could hear everything couldn’t sleep even if needed too!

Anything.the place was vile and would need a full renovation, people should not be staying here.

The smell from toilet was vile, too many plugs in minimal sockets. Electric heater on full blast in room, my concern is fire related. The bed from 1952 was disgusting, the sheets stained and old, the noise from people moving about through the night. Washing facilities usable but at best adequate, no hanging area for clothes or towels, floor filthy, sink cracked and general decor well below par.
