The amazing views over the estuary from the balcony. Lots of things to do without needing to use the car. A very nice apartment with everything you could need. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

What a location !! Could have sat on the balcony and watched the river all day . John and Tina were perfect hosts The apartment was spacious and comfortable a home from home Loved the location, once you got used to the steps it was an easy stroll to the quay and local store Would certainly return

There was nothing we disliked.we were aware that we needed to walk suitcases up and down the hill.

It was perfect . We had everything we needed it was spacious. The hosts were lovely.

The steps up and down to the house from the street.

The hosts, the rooms, the views, and the kitchen utensils. In fact, it had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable and we had a fabulous stay.

Absolutely incredible place. Waking up right on the water, sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the harbour, going down the steps from the front porch straight into the sea for a swim. Nothing could have been better. Bed was super comfy and facilities were great. We loved it. Thank you X

The steps down! The price you pay for a waterside cottage in Cornwall but it’s worth it when you arrive.

Obviously the location right on the water, but also the large bedroom with a very comfy bed and walk in shower.

The proprietors were fantastic. Wife took a tumble and they were both their to help giving ice and being so so kind in their words of support.

Only downside are the steps up to the road, however, if you want the view and be to be by the waters edge they are worth it

Beautiful bolt-hole with a gorgeous view over the harbour which can be enjoyed from a private outdoor balcony or a shared enclosed conservatory. I loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water lapping, little boats pottering about and the complete absence of road traffic noise! A highlight was being able to swim off the steps directly in front of the property. Hosts were welcoming on arrival but I was given complete privacy in the self-contained flat. Very enjoyable stay. Would definitely return.

nothing to do with the property itself. we were silly enough to believe sat nav and attempted to get to the property by car. bad idea, I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing that as there’s a huge chance you will damage your car as we did. also lots of stairs to the house which didn’t bother us but won’t be suitable for someone with disabilities.

great location and stunning views from the balcony. there was plenty of space for two of us + our dog. the place was homely, clean and comfortable. it was extremely quiet and we had an amazing rest. we really enjoyed our stay.
