Not allowed to take photographs when in outside pool . The beautiful scenery of Loch, surrounding area, not able to capture!!! There could've been music played in the back ground when dining in restaurant.

People in next room were very loud and playing loud music and signing till 2.30 am. Feedback was given on checkout.

Resort was excellent, room great but shower quite small and my partner couldn’t get in the cubicle. Food and breakfast excellent but had to book spa facilities which I didn’t use and would have liked if they were were more flexible.

The bed was two singles joined together, unfortunately not so comfortable, other than that, no complaints at all

The accommodation was amazing, right beside Portavadie port with awesome views across to Tarbet. The apartment was very spacious, and well equipt and spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful during our stay, the outdoor infinity pool and jacuzzi's with views across to Tarbet is an amazing experience anytime of the year, the staff on Saturday 12th April went above and beyond by keeping our luggage for the day, we visited Tarbet which is only 25 minutes on the ferry, Ostel bay beach by the Bothey is a beautiful beach with breathtaking views with white sand and not many people 😀 Kilbride bay is further along the coast, the views are just amazing, some of the most beautiful scenery in Scotland

Weeds in paving at seated area outside spa, plant pots with no flowers just weeds, unsure if the two sand areas are for children but not enough sand and again weeds. Reception staff said they would call me when room was ready we arrived at 1410 so expected this and sat in bar area, however no call so we went back at 1530 and were told we have been trying to call you I had no missed called so said try now to check you have correct number and my phone rang, !!

Dinner was a good experience, however we did feel somewhat forgotten by staff as the night got busier, to the point where we left earlier than anticipated. Appreciated it was busy, but it is worth noting. Also might have been helpful for reception staff to remind us to book breakfast when we arrived, as when we came down the next morning, we hadn't book as we assumed due to it being included, we wouldn't have to book. Also wasn't sure why staff had to highlight this in quite a "problematic" tone when the restaurant was half empty throughout breakfast. Again appreciate it's due to large groups, busy times etc, just felt somewhat out of the loop.

Discarded food waste including chicken bones around apartment that our dog ended up eating. Appear to have been thrown onto the grass from the adjacent staff accommodation.

The Lodge apartment is clean and meets basic needs. A little pricey for what it is.

The gym, pool and spa facility were excellent. Treatments are fairly priced. The staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and approachable

The three bedroom luxury apartment was fantastic. So much living space, it was the perfect accommodation for our celebration. The mezzanine living space was a pleasant surprise as was the sauna. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed.
