Next to working building site during day was less than ideal but we were out most of the time so didn't really affect us. Our house was last in block with narrowing access road meaning parking in allotted space was tricky

The communication from the host was is all done in a set way to suit them. It is super modern, all done online, and there is no flexibility for the needs of individuals. I asked three times for the door code to be sent to me via email in advance because none of the party had access to their emails/internet via a phone, so couldn't check on the day of the day of travel. They agreed to this, but didn't do it, so we had an extremely stressful journey to property without code. I tried to ring and no answer. It was resolved eventually, but the experience was highly stressful, and not what you want when you have a long journey to the property. There were also issues with the pre-stay checks, as the forms they sent were incorrect or wouldn't download. You are very much dealing with a company, not with individual hosts who can be flexible with your needs. This is not an experience we would choose to repeat. There are minor issues with the window in bottom bedroom, where there is a hole in the surround, which lets in a cold draft. Despite the above, we did have a really excellent stay in the property. It is beautiful and unique! It was just the pre-stay experience that let the trip down.

The location and views were outstanding. It is a beautiful, modern house, with high-end fixtures and fittings. It is a pleasure to wake up to views of the estuary and to walk on an outstanding beach, which is just minutes from the property. Loved Hayle, St Ives and the fabulous Cornish coastline.

There were some food stains on the floor on the first floor that wasn't cleaned up but apart from that the rest was spotless, and all sheets clean. There was also a plaster put over the PIR in the main bedroom which has the balcony which was bizarre to see.

The whole place was amazing. The photos do not do it justice. The apartment is set over three floors, and has two balconies. There was so much space and everything was thought of. You have access to a dishwasher, washing machine, and it even has a Quooker tap. The whole apartment has underfloor heating and it is designed really well. There was plenty of towels and toilet tissue, and the toiletries were great. Dishwasher tablets were included and the Nespresso machine was great, but you will need to buy your own pods. Outside there is even a storage unit near where you park the car. The view was great. I would definitely return and recommend to others. Great value for money.

Back bedroom patio door was badly in need of attention. Mezzanine bedroom window pane is broken held by a plastic film! Back bedroom window adjacent to sliding door would appear to be taped in place! Very scary! I would like some feedback on these points as they are unsafe.

It was not clean. At that price I expected it to be pristine. Floors unswept, dirty mirrors and windows, curtain rail broken and curtain hanging off rail, balcony area dusty and outdoor furniture grubby. The downstairs bedroom louvered window was a struggle to close and obviously had been a problem for other guests. There's massive construction going on behind the building that could be very noisy. We were there on a weekend so weren't troubled by that. Just saying.

The setting was lovely, and the beds were comfortable and cosy. Lovely layout and great kitchen with all the utensils and kitchenware you need. The down stairs bedroom was was lovely however it's not private as there's a well used pathway in front of the property and people can look into the bedroom!

We made two complaints to Primero Apaprtments. We were told that somebody will care for the shortcomings in the apartment, but until last day nothing was done. This resulted in the fact that we were not able to use the balcony on first floor, nor dared to cook in the kitchen, throughout our stay.

A well stocked kitchen should include instant coffee, sugar, bin bags and dishwasher tablets (if dishwasher is available) these are things we had to purchase or do without. Also for the week with 6 people accommodation you should provide more toilet roll, we had to use more from the other bathrooms during our stay. The house had signs of damp damage above the downstairs bedroom doors. And general damage to bathroom doors. Which is disappointing to see. Under the bed (top room) was filthy. You could clearly see this as you walked up stairs. This should have been cleaned. Lastly if the house was full during our stay we would have struggled for comfy seating. A 3 person sofa isn't enough for the max room allocation. This didn't effect us but something to think about. For the price we paid I would have expected more. In the past I have paid less for this and better accommodation. In respect to the construction site next door, this wasn't advertised on booking and was not reflected in the price. That been said it didn't directly effect our holiday.

Location was great as it was close to everything we could need. Also the beds were comfy and the quooker tap was a great help.

There was no information on how to use cooker tv or anything. The TV was such a job to get any program. What with the weather you needed something to watch.we went home on Thursday. Glad to get home. It shouldn't be like that.

We have a large crack on the mezzanine bedroom window, which was directly behind the bed. Also, the patio door in the ground floor bedroom was completely smashed on one side of the double glazing on one pane, which had not be swept up therefore the balcony was dangerous. Windows and front door were very dirty. Poor access to driveway as there was a car parked opposite.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and well equipped kitchen, stunning views.
