Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThis is a one off, but the steam room wasnt working sadly. But it may have needed maintenance. Plus we checked in on a saturday late afternoon and the spa was closed at 6pm. On a weekend, this feels too early. Also i wish they had different pillows. I dont get on with goose feather pillows.
Great staff, super friendly, well mannered and attentive. Very clean hotel and cosy rooms. Great location also.

United KingdomThe only reason I rated a 7/10 was due to a weird event.. partner left his car keys in the room before going out on our first night. The next morning couldn’t find it anywhere.. asked staff to review cctv camera’s just for the keys to mysteriously show up at reception with no clear explanation of how it got to the person that ‘handed it in’ during check out.. all I’ll say is maybe lock valuables in safe
Staff where 10/10.. it was my birthday and they went the above and beyond with not one but two complimentary desserts and a birthday song at dinner in the resturant.. got a river view room and it was worth every penny.. bath overlooking the river also which I fully enjoyed

United KingdomIron could of been a steam one. I had alot of creasing in my clothing. Breakfast plates were way too hot. Mentioned to staff member who checked me in upon arrival , she didn't seem bothered. All she said was "let me help you" and proceeded to take my plate to the table. There were other guests using their sleeves from their tops to hold the over hot plates. Although i managed to park on site. Th car has very, very limited parking spaces.
Location was good. Short uber ride costing £15. I was attending the Indigo O2. Breakfast was great! Let's talk about the bath! I returned back from my event and literally had a nice long soak in the bath, the water was lovely and hot and left my skin feeling smooth & soft. I slept like a Baby like never before.

United KingdomCouldn’t fault a thing.
Very comfortable rooms so had a lovely sleep, we even got a free upgrade which was absolutely amazing. The staff could not do enough for you, so friendly and helpful. Very easy access too if you’re seeing a concert at the o2. Love this hotel so much, use it every time we go to London and would not go anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at the Radisson blu 💙

United KingdomUnfortunately in both rooms we had cold water baths and showers in the morning ! Not sure what happened to the hot water?! Also the room fridges were not cold and there was no air con or any windows to open for some fresh air or natural ventilation system in the room during this particularly rare hot May bank holiday weekend !!
The location was ideal for the O2 event I attended and the hotel called a taxi which arrived promptly with just a 10 min drive there. The views are fantastic of the O2, the cable cars and being on the river front makes for a nice calm atmosphere! The restaurant for lunch and dinner had great views, good service and nice menu.

United KingdomThe breakfast service wasn’t very efficient. We were given an al a carte menu to choose from but nobody actually came to our table to ask if we wanted anything from it. There were lots of breakfast items that had run out and not been replenished. Baked beans, sausages, eggs, pastries, bread etc I overheard lots of other guests and also my friend having to ask the staff when the food was going to be ready. It was 9:30/9:45, so quite early during breakfast service, considering it was on until 11am.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed in our room.

United KingdomThe nespresso coffee machine took ages to make a cup , I’ve had several machines over the years so I do know how to use them. Coffee pods that was supplied weren’t great. My biggest complaint would be when we went down for breakfast and had an amazing table with an O2 View but very disappointed that there were no glasses for orange juice or small plate or butter or eggs, beans sausages, hashbrowns, etc, everything was empty and we had to stand around waiting for breakfast to be filled up. I feel this must’ve been a staffing issue. But at over £250 a night this was totally unacceptable otherwise I would have given five stars.
Lovely hotel , very friendly welcome and an upgrade . Room was spotless and extremely comfortable bed with extra pillows.

United KingdomThe wording is misleading. The hotel may be half a mile from the O2 but you can’t walk it, you would need to swim it! It is actually a cab drive from the hotel to the venue which cost us £16.50 for 6 minutes. We also booked a taxi to take us to Canary Wharf, it was 15 minutes late and put us under time pressure that we didn’t need. We chased the taxi with the hotel twice and still it was late. Reception service wasn’t the greatest. Two receptionists on each terminal and a long queues. Further check in desks stood unmanned. We waited ages.
Great views of the O2. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast options.
