The availability of Greek yoghurt. At 8am I didn't expect it to have run out and be told when I asked that there was no more available. It was later replenished which was too late for my cereal course. Also, the evening before when I asked for a 125ml glass of rose wine with my meal I was told it was not served, only the 2 larger size glasses. Why is a 125ml glass shown but not served?

generally it was an easy stay reasonably priced with good airport access

It’s not as close to the terminal as they have described it . You still have to walk into the airport.

Bar doesn’t open until 11:00. If you arrive on an early flight and cannot check in until 1400 it would be helpful for the bar area to be open earlier.

The hotel is ideally situated for the airport and you cannot hear any noise unlike other airport hotels I have stayed in. The spa was lovely and not full and the room was large with all the facilities.

usual expensive food and drinks..didn't have a few of the beers in stock. not a smart TV. phone charger was usb only- would like sockets by the bed, only one worked of the pair.

24 hour room service is incredibly slow. Took over an hour for them to deliver two pizzas and a coke and it cost about £40! The phones in the room aren't great. Poor connection and I think the handset was broken so we had to use it on speakerphone. The TV had a casting feature that let you watch your own shows from your phone or other device. However the TV kept switching off every twenty minutes or so. Took us about an hour and a half to watch a 50 minute show.

24 he check in was ideal. Check in staff were lovely and professional. The lobby and communal areas are very nicely decorated. We were upgraded to a superior room and ended up with a bath as well as a shower which was great after a day of travelling. The bed was comfy and we had a good couple of hours sleep between our flight and our train. Location wise, it's perfect.

Room is very tired looking and I could not reach anyone on the phone (for room service or housekeeping). I had a housekeeping need and had to go out and join the checkin queue for 10 minutes to get attention. I mean its not the worst thing in the world but for the price is a bit annoying - the need was addressed prompty after that. Filthy carpet in the room and corridor, musty air, undersized bed (the built in side tables were sized for a larger bed so now water and phone are a stretch away). When I arrived there was a dirty plate outside my room which was there from at least 4pm to 10pm (it was gone in the mornign to be fair). Staff were helpful but felt understaffed for the room rates. Restaurant menu does not match at all what is shown online (in a hurry so had chosen beforehand). Restaurant seemed understaffed. No fridge in the room (has been removed from the builtin furniture which had a place for one).

Great location short walk to the terminal. Big attractive lobby. I chose this over the Hilton this time for access to the sauna after a stressful working week. This was really nice, the gym is good and spatious for a hotel gym, the pool area is very nice with recliners and the sauna was great. Food in the restaurant was good. Room a good size. Quiet and slept well. Breakfast not available very early but there was a grab and go section for hot drink and bacon roll.
