United KingdomMy room was on 2nd floor and the lift was not working. I later queried this at front desk and was told it hadn't worked for a long time. I am asthmatic and had a problem carry luggage up to 2nd floor and was breathless on reaching the top..

United KingdomThe hotel is in need of some upgrades and TLC. The hallway carpets are filthy and could do with full replacement and a paint. There’s a hole in the ceiling in the pool area, the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the lift wasn’t working. I feel like all of this is quite reflective in the price though and doesn’t change much on how comfortable I found the room.
It was a good price considering it has a pool and included breakfast. The breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable and quiet. Parking was ample and free and check in/out was quick and easy.

United Kingdom2nd floor was okay but no lifts, key cards wouldn't work, every day we came back, so down 2 flight of steps and up again, they said it maybe putting them with credit cards but the last time l didn't it was very annoying

United KingdomThe spa was rather dated and really does need some TLC, the jacuzzi was not working and we were not informed of this and this was a shame. The pool was clean however just appeared that the whole are needed alot of maintenance.
Lovely hotel, it was welcoming and clean overall. The staff were helpful and engaging at check in and out. The staff in the restaurant were absolutely lovely! The food was also gorgeous - the Caesar salad being one of the nicest ones I’ve eaten. Beds were comfy, great shower, spacious rooms.

United KingdomThe lift wasn't working, the jacuzzi was out of order, some of the fixtures had come off the shower in the ensuite and the water took a long time to drain, so when I had a shower it was like standing in a shallow bath.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was good, room was clean and spacious, the pool was a decent size and the massage and facial I had with Necy in the spa was amazing.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, I liked my stay there, very clean Also, I put my do not disturb sign up and the cleaner left a bag outside my room with new towels and toiletries I think that was really nice as i have never had this at any of the hotels I have stayed at, the jacuzzi was really good it was strong it felt like a massage and it was clean and hot, I saw them clean it.
