The noise coming from the extractor fans running nearly all night, closed the window but did not help much. Very annoying.

It's was a bit pricey to be honest but luckily I got a discount with booking.com. I wouldn't pay full price but doesn't mean I won't stay here again.

The room being on the front of the hotel suffered a little from traffic noise, I slept with ear plugs. There were a lot of stairs to negotiate which may be a problem for some. ( I was in room 240) They advertise a spa but when I asked for a massage I was told the next availability was 6 days time!!! They need to get people to cover the short fall in or have more staff.

It was all nice and clean with a good standard of decoration. The room had a good bed and shower ( which didn't leak). The breakfast was good with plenty of options.

I thought the breakfast could have been a bit better for the price. The scrambled eggs were swimming in oil and the fruit came out of tins (except for the water melon) as well as most of the vegetables. Disappointing!

The location was excellent and the parking was very convenient. The hotel was walking distance to seafront which was a real bonus! Also free access to the spa was a treat!

Car park was too small for the amount of guests, also when rooms are serviced the spoons and cups are not replaced as clean, unless you buy yourself some washing up liquid to clean your own cups and spoons I personally think it's a bad job, when I asked at reception for clean cups I was shouted down like I wanted and argument and firmly told they are not replaced, personally myself I don't like drinking out of an old navvy cup, and I really can't see the saving behind the rules enforced...... There's other hotels in the same road I should imagine offer a more polite and better service

The carpark has lots of spaces but can be a bit tight if people park big cars and vans there. Also, on our first morning, the fire alarm went off at 6:30am in the morning, which woke us up. Then stop about a minute later. Never got told what caused it to go off, bit annoying but sometimes can't be helped.

The room was great. Bed was comfy. Overall, the place was great. Also, close if you want to go to town. Definitely will be staying again in the future.

Disappointed in no water being provided in the room(not included in room rate apparently!). Only 2 tea bags were provided and we were told the cups were not cleaned until after 3 days which seems strange.

Room clean and bed & pillows comfortable though double bed was on the small side. Breakfast buffet was very good. Good selection of full English items and cereals, though fresh fruit selection could be better. All staff v friendly.

The staff are so friendly and down to earth, really refreshing! The pool was awesome! My kids loved having so much access to the pool. The food was good, both kids cleared their plates every meal which is rare. My favorite was the haloumi fries and side of veg, actual fresh veg, felt really wholesome. Free onsite parking. Great location.

Room was fairly basic, and bed wasn’t the comfiest. Housekeeping let the room cleanliness down, as mugs weren’t changed each day, nor was the toilet cleaned. Due to this, I felt it was overpriced for what we got.

Good location near the seafront and town centre. Good breakfast selection and the pool and steam room were lovely. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
