The blind was tatty and fraid and did not work..the room next door had screaming kids till late.the hotel seems under staffed however those who were working was very hospitable. The one manager did open the deck fore to sit on. Their tv didnt have channels bit they did connect me to netflix.

The residency had no staff.. the lounge was not open and you had to use the sapphire hotel..breakfast music was like a disco..food was ok... for ke personally i paid more for the residency but in actual fact i should have just booked the sapphire as it was cheaper.. they did not reapond to any messages sent

The dangerous broken floor board near the balcony doors, unsafe floor on the whole section! all the splash back off sink waste on wall above sink and rotten skirting board in bathroom- says on site parking but doesn’t state it’s £15 odd for a night

Getting woke up with doors banging constantly, and twice i was woke by a female screaming and Banging on the glass door. My 14 year old son was petrified.

I thought for the money based on one night's stay for £75 do not go on booking.com for the hotel as the staff was suprised at how much we was paying also no breakfast Monday to Thursday which was not stated upon booking also could not get into hotel to check in had to mess around ringing about for someone to come and let us in was very confusing.

No toilet roll on arrivaland when phoned down to let them know, they said they'd be 5 minutes. No toilet roll arrived. Hole in the bathroom door. Only 1 mug with the kettle. The only mirror was in the bathroom, so I was unable to get ready near a socket. Fag ends on the stairs and steps inside the hotel. When calling the hotel in the morning to enquire about parking the phone was answered with just a "hello" (not professional). When showering in the morning, the water was luke warm.

Not a great initial impression upon entering the sister hotel to check in. The room was okay apart from a hole in the bathroom door.. It is your typical Blackpool b&b though minus the breakfast which is an additional charge.

Decent enough location to get to the pleasure beach or promenade.

The room was quite small even though I had ask for alittle more space .. Also it was very very noisy from the front door we were put in room 1, toilet next door and also the rooms above that were playing very loud music till late, 3rd time staying so quite disappointing as I always recommend this place

It wasn't very luxurious tbh, I paid for superior sweet. Microwave didn't work, dirty marks and mould in walls and blinds. Sofa was broken and trash found under bed and under sofas. Tbh pretty disgusting, but done the job for coupled ays but defos won't be back I don't think 👀👀only saving grave was the staff being sound

I didn't like the separate rooms for the loo and sink to wash my hands. The blinds didn't work. The windows were too high for us to open. Rigmarole to get into the hotel through the sister hotel next door.

I liked the partial view of the sea and it was quiet enough to sleep in.

For the price you’ve got to have realistic expectations, it has been modernised and looks good however , to give some constructive feedback the place really could do with a good clean, the room itself was clean but the shower head broke off in my hand, the tv wouldn’t work and there wasn’t any shelf’s or mirror outside of the bathroom to get ready. The carpet on the stairs upon the entrance was all sticking up and baggy making it dangerous, just a few simple fixed would really elevate the overall experience

The whole place smelled of weed, all the time. The beds were short. Anyone over 5'6 will struggle. No bar area or lounge area as being used as a dumping ground.Not what pictures suggest. The room blinds to thin for Windows lets a lot of light in

Room was clean enough ,but in bathroom toliet roll holder was on floor with 1 inch scre sticking out ,my 2 year old grandson found it ? Quite clearly a hazard ,no socket for electric kettle on table provided ? No milk for tea or coffee ,says private parking doesn't says it was £14 for night ,bit of land at back of hotel with 2 lines on with bins blocking most of it off so parked on sea front which cost £6 and free 8pm to 10am and" Luxury " I think not

The beds were very uncomfortable. The gap between the slats and thinness of the mattress made for a terrible night's sleep. Shame because everything else was nearly perfect
