Everything was superb (luckily including the weather!). Would have to pick out the amazing friendliness and professionalism of all the staff; the amazing food (both delicious and well presented), the beauty of the place and the overall cleanliness - room kept just perfect. Spa was very booked up and the steam room wasnt working.

Staff were superb, friendly and helpful. The room was excellent for us as a family. the abundant little extras (cocktails, turn down service etc) made it feel like we were really looked after and not trying to get every penny out of us. Great kids menu. Breakfast was 10/10.

Amazing location and service! We went for a special occasion to celebrate, and this hotel was a great choice. Special shout out to Maria at reception who made sure the start of our stay was comfortable. We had a celebratory dinner at Armada restaurant and the food and service were amazing as well, highly recommend

The property is massive and such a beautiful area to relax on a special occasion. The highlight are the service staff who made our whole stay, lovely service.

Parking should be improved as there was an event from Honda's which didn't help the parking area.

On arrival we were met by Harry who took us to reception and was greeted by friendly staff. Harry then took us to our room and advised us on the facility's . He then very kindly helped bring our cases from the car park. The staff have been exceptional. We had an evening event arranged for our family and all went very well with good service etc throughout. The food was excellent with all our meals. Thank you all for a lovely weekend.

Nothing - was all amazing

What a fantastic stay from start to finish. The staff were amazing, and couldn't do enough for us, and the little touches (ie activity packs on the bed for our child, plus decorating our room for my husbands birthday), made our stay. The setting of the hotel is amazing, with lovely grounds to explore. The food was also exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything, we've stayed at Rhinefield before, some years ago, it was good then it's even better now. The staff were all brilliant, smiling and engaged with us, which made us happy which is what it's all about, nothing was too much. Being able to watch a herd of deer in the forest from our room was a bonus. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and all was perfect.

The staff at Rhinefield House went above and beyond to ensure that my partner and I had a truly wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend visiting the spa—it really helped us relax before our evening meal! The team was incredibly accommodating to every request I made and played a big part in helping us celebrate our 10-year anniversary in style. 😊

The staff the staff were very friendly and very professional, the breakfast was lovely although I got the wrong eggs on my second morning, dinner was amazing both nights, but the surroundings and the grounds were absolutely magical.

Only one thing - a very small bathroom and shower.

Everything was great! The food was wonderful, the staff were kind and positive . Very clean apart from the floors which could have benefited from some hoovering but nothing dramatic. Overall an unforgettable time and I have every intention of repeating it!
