Property was beautiful.. so nicely presented modern but with an oldy worldy feel.. loved how you feel about million miles from everything. The grounds of the spa are just amazing..

The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was when we were in the spa no one collects you for your treatment. We were told to return to reception 10 minutes before to fill our consultations in but we felt like we were clocked watching in the spa. Just a personal opinion. Absolutely amazing otherwise.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. We were stunned with how immaculate the building is.

Stunning property with lovely period features , we really enjoyed all the rooms to relax in and the restaurants and bar. We had a complimentary upgrade and the room was stunning. The staff at the tasting restaurant were fantastic

Not a great deal of drinks/refreshments were available in the mini-fridge & coffee machine was not set up when we arrived. Some of the lighting controls in our room appeared to be out-of-order. Very small disappointments overall and certainly didn't detract from the enjoyment of our trip.

The room was fantastic and met all expectations of a venue like this The breakfast at the 3AA Rosette Orangery Restaurant was fantastic, as expected, and the service was equally excellent. In the evening there is also a Cocktail Bar open to guests even if they are not dining at the restaurant. The Clubhouse Restaurant we ate at for Dinner was also very nice with great menu options. The SPA facilities were absolutely fantastic.

Room 18, the toilet seat was loose, there was no toilet brush (did not want to leave an embarrassing mess). The drinks cabinet was not clean. The wooden surround had chips taken out of the edges . The glass cover on the make-up area was marked and dirty. The door going out of the hotel reception area to the clubhouse when opening jammed causing a near miss to my head from being struck although a staff member did say it was down to be repaired.

Some of the room features are a little worn. I stayed in one of the lodge buildings and small features like the paint on the toilet button was worn and peeling off. It was also very dark in there for getting ready for dinner. However, it was comfortable and clean.

The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They literally tend to your every need. The spa is unreal. I enjoy it so much, I stayed 4 times in 2 months!

The beers bought in the spa garden were not cold. Service was quite slow at breakfast and the toast was cold. Overall these things did not impact our experience.

The room was absolutely exquisite. We arrived early for our 2pm appointment in the spa garden and as our room was ready we were able to check in early. The spa and facilities were impeccable. The staff were more than helpful and room service was delivered twice in great time.

We were asked on check in if we wanted a turndown service. We said yes but when we returned to our room they hadn't done it. The wine in the Spa Garden was served warm. We returned it no problem.

The Spa Garden was a very relaxing space. All the food from Spikes Bar to Breakfast was fantastic. The room was very spacious and cosy.

I found that once you've checked out at the hotel, you are no longer allowed to use the spa unlike other places

The staff were so accommodating and the facilities were amazing. Food at the Club Restaurant on the night was delicious, albeit still rather pricey. Spa is exceptional.

The evening meal in the "fine" dining area was very poor. The fish dish was cold and not properly cooked and the staff were very inexperienced ( in contrast to the breakfast staff who were professional and properly trained) We were able to discuss our issues with the Duty Manager who responded positively to our comments. This was certainly not "fine" dining !!

Rooms are excellent - modern, spacious and very clean. Staff generally very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with food cooked fresh to order.

Choice of food on the Orangery could have been more. Food in Club house expensive for what it was and steak and chips too salty. Didn’t get my early morning call on one morning. Having to book time for breakfast when normally I would just turn up for breakfast when ready. An extra £10 charge for room service log you order food for your room.

Excellent room, friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Lovely grounds and building. Lovely breakfast.
